Description
Claims (12)
- 양극판과 음극판이 세퍼레이터를 사이에 두고 위치하는 전극군을 케이스 내부에 설치하고 있는 이차 전지에 있어서,상기 케이스 일측에 상기 전지를 보호하는 보호회로가 놓여지고 그 위에 수지로 몰딩부가 케이스상에 보호회로를 덮도록 형성되며, 상기 몰딩부의 외측으로 상기 보호회로와 연결된 단자가 돌출된 구조의 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 몰딩부는 액상의 수지가 보호회로를 덮어 경화되어 형성되는 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 보호회로와 몰딩부는 상기 케이스에 조립되는 캡 조립체 상에 설치되는 이차 전지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 몰딩부는 에폭시 수지로 이루어지는 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이차 전지는 각형으로 형성되는 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이차 전지는 원통형으로 형성되는 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이차 전지는 EV용 또는 HEV용인 이차 전지.
- 케이스 일측에 전지를 보호하는 보호회로가 놓여지고, 그 위에 수지로 몰딩부가 케이스 상에 보호회로를 덮도록 형성된 다수개의 단위 전지와,상기 단위 전지가 전기적으로 연결되는 전지관리시스템를 포함하는 전지 모듈.
- 케이스 일측에 전지를 보호하는 보호회로가 놓여지고, 그 위에 수지로 몰딩부가 케이스 상에 보호회로를 덮도록 형성된 다수개의 단위 전지와,상기 단위 전지가 전기적으로 연결되고 상기 배열된 단위 전지 상에 놓여지는 전지관리시스템,상기 전지관리시스템을 덮어 각 단위 전지 상에 형성되는 전면 수지 몰딩부를 포함하는 전지 모듈.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 전지관리시스템은 상기 단위 전지의 몰딩부 상에 놓여지고, 그 위에 상기 전면 수지 몰딩부가 덮여져 부착 경화되는 전지 모듈.
- 케이스 일측에 전지를 보호하는 보호회로가 구비된 다수개의 단위 전지와,상기 다수개의 단위 전지의 보호회로 상에 놓여지고 각 단위 전지가 전기적으로 연결되는 전지관리시스템,상기 각 단위 전지의 보호회로와 전지관리시스템을 덮어 단위 전지 상에 형성되는 전면 수지 몰딩부를 포함하는 전지 모듈.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 전면 수지 몰딩부는 각 단위 전지의 보호회로와 전지관리시스템을 덮어 각 단위전지를 하나의 몸체로 연결하는 전지 모듈.
