Claims (18)
- TCNE(Tetracyanoethanide)) 계 물질로 형성된 것으로 상호 간격을 두고 배치되는 다수의 자성 기둥을 갖춘 패턴된 자기막과;상기 패턴된 자기막을 지지하는 기판과;상기 패턴된 자기막에서 상기 자성 기둥들의 사이 부분을 매립하는 것으로 실리콘나이트라이드(Si3N4)로 형성된 경계층(boundary layer)을;포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패턴된 자기 기록 매체(patterned magnetic media).
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 패턴된 자기막과 상기 기판의 사이에 버퍼 레이어가 개재되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 패턴된 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 버퍼 레이어와 기판의 사이에 연자성 하지막이 개재되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 패턴된 자기 기록 매체.

- 기판을 준비하는 단계;상기 기판 위에 상호 간격을 두고 배열되는 우물을 가지는 격자 상의 경계층을 형성하는 단계;상기 경계층 위에 자성 물질을 스핀코팅에 의해 코팅하여, 상기 자성 물질로 상기 우물 내부를 메우는 단계;상기 자성 물질을 어닐링 하는 단계;상기 경계층 위에 형성된 자성 물질을 플라즈마 에칭에 의해 전면 에칭하여, 상기 경계층과 상기 경계층의 우물에 채워 진 자성 기둥에 의한 자기막을 평탄화하는 단계;를 포함하는 패턴된 자기 기록 매체의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 기판을 준비하는 단계에서, 상기 기판의 표면에 연자성막과 그 위의 버퍼 레이어를 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패턴된 자기 기록 매체의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 경계층을 형성하는 단계는:상기 기판 위에 비자성 물질을 소정 두께로 코팅하는 단계;상기 비자성 물질을 소정 패턴으로 패터닝하여 상기 우물을 갖는 경계층을 형성하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패턴된 자기 기록 매체의 제조방법.

- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 경계층은 전기적 절연성을 가진 유전물질로서 실리콘옥사이드(SiO2) 및 실리콘나이트라이드(Si3N4) 중 선택된 어느 하나로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패턴된 자기 기록 매체의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 경계층은 CVD, PECVD 및 PVD 법 중 어느 하나의 방법에 의해 형성하는 것을 특징으로 패턴된 자기 기록 매체의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 자성 물질은 TCNE(Tetracyanoethanide) 계의 자성 폴리머(magnetic polymer)로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패턴된 자기 기록 매체의 제조방법.

- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 자성물질의 재유동을 위하여 자성물질을 100 ~ 300 ℃ 범위에서 열처리하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패턴된 자기 기록 매체의 제조방법.
