Claims (10)
- 아크릴로니트릴 단위 96.0 내지 98.5 중량%를 포함하는 아크릴로니트릴계 공중합체로 제조된 탄소 섬유용 아크릴로니트릴계 전구체 섬유로서, 인장 강도 7.0 cN/dtex 이상, 인장 탄성률 130 cN/dtex 이상, 요오드 흡착량이 섬유 중량당 0.5 중량% 이하, 광각 X선 회절에 의한 결정 배향도 π가 90 % 이상이고, 또한 토우 섬도의 변동률이 1.0 % 이하인 탄소 섬유용 아크릴로니트릴계 전구체 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴로니트릴계 공중합체가 아크릴로니트릴 단위 96.0 내지 98.5 중량%, 아크릴아미드 단위 1.0 내지 3.5 중량%, 및 카르복실기 함유 비닐계 모노머 단위 0.5 내지 1.0 중량%로 이루어지는 탄소 섬유용 아크릴로니트릴계 전구체 섬유.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 습식 방사법에 의해 제조된 탄소 섬유용 아크릴로니트릴계 전구체 섬유.
- 아크릴로니트릴계 공중합체를 습식 방사하여 응고 섬유를 형성하는 단계, 형성된 응고 섬유에 욕중 연신, 또는 공중 연신과 욕중 연신의 조합에 의한 일차 연신을 가하는 단계, 상기 얻어진 섬유에 가압 수증기 연신을 동반하는 이차 연신을 가하는 단계를 포함하는 탄소 섬유용 아크릴로니트릴계 전구체 섬유의 제조 방법으로서, 가압 수증기 연신 장치에 섬유를 도입하기 직전의 가열 롤러의 온도를 120 내지 190 ℃로 설정하고, 상기 가압 수증기 연신에서의 수증기 압력의 변동률을 0.5 % 이하로 제어하며, 전체 연신 배율에 대한 이차 연신 배율의 비율이 0.2보다 커지도록 응고 섬유를 연신하는 것인, 탄소 섬유용 아크릴로니트릴계 전구체 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 전체 연신 배율이 13 이상인 탄소 섬유용 아크릴로니트릴계 전구체 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴로니트릴계 공중합체가 아크릴로니트릴 단위 96.0 내지 98.5 중량%, 아크릴아미드 단위 1.0 내지 3.5 중량%, 및 카르복실기 함유 비닐계 모노머 단위 0.5 내지 1.0 중량%로 이루어지는 탄소 섬유용 아크릴로니트릴계 전구체 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제4 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연신 전의 상기 응고 섬유의 인장 탄성률이 1.1 내지 2.2 cN/dtex인 탄소 섬유용 아크릴로니트릴계 전구체 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제4 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가압 수증기 연신시의 수증기압이 200 kPa(게이지압) 이상인 탄소 섬유용 아크릴로니트릴계 전구체 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제4 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가압 수증기 연신을 가할 때의 섬유의 수분율이 2 중량% 이하인 탄소 섬유용 아크릴로니트릴계 전구체 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 기재한 탄소 섬유용 아크릴로니트릴계 전구체 섬유를 산화하고 탄소화하여 얻어지는 탄소 섬유.
