Claims (4)
- 압축실을 이루도록 상하 양측을 개구한 내부공간을 갖으며 케이싱의 내부에 장착되는 실린더와, 상기 실린더의 내부공간을 관통하고 전동기구부의 고정자에 회전 가능하도록 삽입된 회전자에 압입되어 회전하는 회전축과, 상기 실린더의 상하 개구측에 복개되어 실린더와 함께 압축공간을 형성하며 회전축을 지지하는 상하부 베어링플레이트와, 사익 회전축에 결합하여 실린더의 내부공간을 각각의 압축실로 구획하면서 가 압축실의 유체를 이동시키는 구획판과, 각각의 상하부 베어링플레이트에 상하로 이동 가능하게 결합하는 동시에 구획판에 얹힌 상태에서 미끄러지면서 각 압축실내 유체를 차단하여 압축한 후 케이싱의 내부로 토출되도록 하는 각각의 베인과, 상기 각각의 베인 끝단을 각각 함께 탄성지지하도록 연장된 베인스프링이 구비되어 구성된 압축기에 있어서,상기 베인스프링과 회전자의 간섭이 발생되지 않도록 하여 회전자의 열박음높이를 줄일 수 있도록 상기 실린더를 복개하는 상하부 베어링플레이트 및 실린더를 관통하는 베인스프링 삽입공이 형성되고, 상기 베인스프링 삽입공에 삽입되어 상하 왕복시에 상기 회전자와 간섭이 발생되지 않으며 상기 베인 끝단을 탄성지지하는 베인스프링이 구비되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 베인 지지구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 베인스프링 삽입공은 회전축의 반경 방향에 대해 수직한 방향으로 베인스프링이 배열되어 베인을 지지할 수 있도록 베인 장착부에서 반경방향 에 대해 수직한 연장선상에 관통되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 베인 지지구조.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 베인스프링 삽입공은 상기 상하부 베어링플레이트 및 실린더를 관통하고 외주면으로 연장되어 장방형으로 관통되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 베인 지지구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 베인스프링은 각각의 베인 끝단을 지지하고 상기 베인스프링 삽입공 형성부까지 연장된 지지부와, 각각의 상기 지지부를 연결하도록 수직한 방향으로 절곡되어 상기 베인스프링 삽입공에 삽입되는 연결부가 구비되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 베인 지지구조.
