Claims (12)
- 아크릴계 고분자 수지 및 금속수산화물을 포함하는 열전도성 점착제로서, 상기 금속수산화물은 입경이 1-50㎛인 것과 입경이 50-100㎛인 것이 혼합된 단일 종류의 금속수산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 난연성을 갖는 열전도성 점착제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속수산화물은 열전도성 점착제 중에 아크릴계 고분자 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 60-200 중량부로 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성을 갖는 열전도성 점착제.

- 제1항에 있어서, 아크릴계 고분자 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 입경이 1-50 ㎛인 금속수산화물은 10-100 중량부, 입경이 50-100 ㎛인 금속수산화물은 50-100 중량부가 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성을 갖는 열전도성 점착제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴계 고분자 수지는 탄소수 1~12의 알킬기를 가지는 (메타)아크릴산 에스테르계 단량체와, 이 단량체와 공중합이 가능한 극성 단량체가 공중합된 고분자인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성을 갖는 열전도성 점착제.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 극성 단량체는 아크릴계 고분자 수지에 (메타)아크릴산 에스테르계 단량체 100 중량부에 대하여 1-20 중량부 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성을 갖는 열전도성 점착제.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 (메타) 아크릴산 에스테르계 단량체는 부틸(메타) 아크릴레이트, 헥실(메타)아크릴레이트, n-옥틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 이소옥틸(메타) 아크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실(메타)아크릴레이트, 이소노닐(메타)아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성을 갖는 열전도성 점착제.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 극성 단량체는 (메타)아크릴산, 말레인산, 푸마르산, 아크릴 아미드, N-비닐 피롤리돈, N-비닐 카프로락탐로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성을 갖는 열전도성 점착제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속수산화물은 수산화알루미늄, 수산화마그네슘 및 수산화칼슘으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성을 갖는 열전도성 점착제.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 금속수산화물은 수산화알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성을 갖는 열전도성 점착제.
- 기재의 단면 또는 양면에 제1항, 제2항 및 제4항 내지 제10항 중 어느 하나의 항의 난연성을 갖는 열전도성 점착제가 시트화되어 있는 열전도성 점착시트.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 기재는 플라스틱, 종이, 부직포, 유리, 금속으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전도성 점착시트.
