Claims (9)
- 알킬기로 치환된 방향족 화합물을, 저급 지방족 카르복실산을 함유하는 용매 중에서 중금속 화합물과 브롬 화합물을 함유하는 촉매 존재 하에 분자 산소 기체로 액상산화시키는 것으로 이루어지는 방향족 카르복실산의 연속적 제조방법에 있어서, 액상 산화반응의 반응액으로부터 결정을 제거한 후 수득되고 촉매성분인 중금속과 브롬 이온을 함유하는 모액을 음이온 교환형 킬레이트 수지와 접촉시키고, 이어서 촉매 성분을 용리액으로 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 모액을 음이온교환형 킬레이트 수지와 50∼120℃의 온도에서 접촉시키고, 상기 용리액을 20∼60℃에서 킬레이트 수지와 접촉시키는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 모액을 이온 교환 칼럼에서 음이온 교환형 킬레이트 수지와 접촉시켜 촉매 성분의 중금속 이온 및 브롬이온을 킬레이트 수지로 흡착시키고, 이어서, 상기 용리액을 모액의 방향과 반대되는 방향으로 이온 교환 칼럼에 통과시켜 촉매 성분을 회수하는 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 모액을 이온 교환 칼럼의 상부로부터 하향으로 이온 교환 칼럼에 통과시켜 촉매 성분의 중금속 성분과 브롬 이온을 킬레이트 수지로 흡착시키며, 이어서 상기 용리액을 이온 교환 칼럼의 하부로부터 상향으로 이온 교환 칼럼을 통과시켜 촉매 성분을 회수하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 모액을 음이온 교환형 킬레이트 수지와 접촉시켜 중금속 이온과 브롬 이온을 킬레이트 수지로 흡착시키며, 킬레이트 수지 층에 남아 있는 액체를 비활성 기체로 치환시키는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 용리액이 15 중량% 또는 그 이상의 물을 함유하는 아세트산 용액인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,액상 산화를 위한 산화 반응기의 환류 냉각기에서 분리된 응축물을 용리액으로 사용하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 알킬기로 치환된 방향족 화합물이 2,6-디메틸나프탈렌이고, 상기 방법에 의해 생성된 방향족 카르복실산이 2,6-나프탈렌디카르복실산인 방법.
- 2,6-디알킬나프탈렌을, 저급 지방족 카르복실산을 함유하는 용매 중에서 중금속 화합물과 브롬 화합물을 함유하는 촉매 존재 하에 분자 산소 기체로 액상산화시키는 것으로 이루어지는 2,6-나프탈렌디카르복실산의 연속적 제조방법에 있어서, 액상 산화반응의 반응액으로부터 결정을 제거한 후 수득되고 촉매 성분인 중금속 이온과 브롬 이온을 함유하는 모액을 음이온 교환형 킬레이트 수지와 50 내지 120℃에서 접촉시키고, 이어서 용리액을 20 내지 60℃에서 모액의 방향에 반대되는 방향으로 수지에 통과시켜 촉매 성분을 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
