Claims (35)
- 인베스트먼트 주물 내에 내부 통로를 형성하도록 인베스트먼트 주조 공정에 사용하기 위한 복합재료 코어이며,적어도 하나의 세라믹 요소(120)와,상기 적어도 하나의 세라믹 요소에 부착된 적어도 하나의 내화성 금속 요소(200)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료 코어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 요소(120)는 산화물 세라믹인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료 코어.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내화성 금속 요소는 적어도 하나의 와이어(200)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료 코어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내화성 금속 요소는 적어도 하나의 시트(204)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료 코어.

- 내부 통로를 갖는 인베스트먼트 주물을 형성하는데 유용한 주형-코어 조립체이며,복합재료 코어 조립체를 포함하며,복합재료 코어 조립체는적어도 하나의 세라믹 요소(120)와,상기 적어도 하나의 세라믹 요소 중 적어도 하나의 표면에 부착된 적어도 하나의 내화성 금속 요소(200)와,상기 코어를 둘러싸고 공동을 형성하도록 코어로부터 멀리 이격된 세라믹 쉘 주형과,상기 공동을 용융된 금속으로 충전하기 위한 상기 쉘 주형 내의 수단을 포함하고,부착된 세라믹 및 내화성 금속 요소의 외부 윤곽은 요구되는 소정의 내부 통로의 윤곽에 대응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주형-코어 조립체.
- 초합금 본체 내에 있는 복합재료 코어를 포함하는 주조용 초합금 본체를 포함하는 주조 물품이며,상기 복합재료 코어는a) 적어도 하나의 세라믹 요소와,b) 상기 세라믹 요소 중 적어도 하나의 표면에 부착된 적어도 하나의 내화성 금속 요소를 포함하고,부착된 요소들의 외부 윤곽은 게이팅 및 공급 요소와 함께 요구되는 소정의 내부 통로의 윤곽에 대응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주조 물품.
- 초합금의 인베스트먼트 주물에 사용하기 위한 복합재료 코어이며,적어도 하나의 세라믹 요소(120)와,적어도 하나의 내화성 금속 요소(200)를 포함하며,상기 코어는 0.015 인치(0.38 mm)보다 작은 두께 치수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료 코어.
- 0.012 인치(0.30 mm)보다 작은 두께 치수의 내부 통로를 갖고, 물품은 하나 이상의 내화성 금속 요소를 갖는 코어를 사용하여 생산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주조용 초합금 물품.
- 코어의 후단 에지(128)를 형성하고 테이퍼진 단면을 구비한 내화성 금속 요소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초합금 인베스트먼트 주물을 생산하기 위한 코어.
- 코어(232)와 쉘(234)에 부착된 적어도 하나의 내화성 금속 요소(230)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초합금 인베스트먼트 주물을 형성하는데 사용하기 위한 코어 및 쉘 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 내화성 금속 요소가 적어도 하나의 내산화 코팅으로 피복되는 복합재료 코어.
- 인베스트먼트 주조에서 내부 통로를 생산하기 위해 인베스트먼트 주조 공정에 사용하고,하나 이상의 내화성 금속 요소로 이루어진 코어.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 물품은 적어도 하나의 내화성 금속 요소를 갖는 코어를 사용하여 생산되는 초합금 물품.
- 제18항에 있어서, 물품을 생산하는 데 사용되는 코어가 적어도 하나의 세라믹 요소를 더 포함하는 초합금 물품.
- 제18항에 있어서, 물품을 생산하는 데 사용되는 코어가 내화성 금속만으로 이루어지는 초합금 물품.

- 제18항에 있어서, 물품을 생산하는 데 사용되는 코어가 복수의 세라믹 요소를 포함하는 초합금 물품.
- 제18항에 있어서, 물품을 생산하는 데 사용되는 코어가 하나 이상의 내화성 금속 요소 및 세라믹 요소를 포함하는 초합금 물품.
- 제18항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 내화성 금속 요소가 몰리브덴 기반의 내화성 합금, 니오븀 기반의 내화성 합금, 탄탈륨 기반의 내화성 합금, 텅스텐 기반의 내화성 합금 및 이들을 조합한 것 중 하나로부터 형성되는 초합금 물품.
- 제18항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 내화성 금속 요소가 내화성 합금 와이어로부터 형성되는 초합금 물품.

- 제18항에 있어서, 내부 통로가 열 산화를 통해 적어도 하나의 내화성 금속 요소를 제거함으로써 형성되는 초합금 물품.
- 내부통로를 구비하며,상기 내부 통로는 적어도 하나의 내화성 금속 요소를 제거함으로써 형성되는 초함금 물품.
- 제30항에 있어서, 상기 내부 통로의 단면 치수가 0.012인치(0.30 mm)보다 작은 초합금 물품.
- 제30항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 내화성 금속 요소가 산 처리 및 열 산화 중 하나를 통해 제거되는 초합금 물품.
- 제30항에 있어서, 내부 통로가 적어도 하나의 내화성 금속 요소 및 적어도 하나의 세라믹 요소를 제거함으로써 형성되는 초합금 물품.
- 제30항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 내화성 금속 요소가 몰리브덴 기반의 내화성 합금, 니오븀 기반의 내화성 합금, 탄탈륨 기반의 내화성 합금, 텅스텐 기반의 내화성 합금 및 이들을 조합한 것 중 하나로부터 형성되는 초합금 물품.
