Claims (7)
- 기판;상기 기판 위에 형성되어 있는 제1 도전막;상기 제1 도전막 위에 형성되어 있는 절연막;상기 절연막의 내부에 형성되어 있으며 마이크로파가 전송되는 전송선;상기 전송선의 신호전달 방향의 좌측 또는 우측에 형성되어 있으며, 복수개의 제1 연결 부재를 통해 상기 제1 도전막과 연결되어 있는 접지선;상기 절연막 위에 형성되어 있는 제2 도전막;상기 전송선의 좌측 및 우측에 각각 형성되어 있으며, 비아홀(via hole)을 통하여 상기 절연막을 관통하여 상기 제1 도전막 및 제2 도전막을 서로 연결하고 있는 제2 연결 부재 및 제3 연결 부재를 포함하고,상기 전송선의 한쪽 일단부와 상기 접지선의 한쪽 일단부가 상기 절연막의 외부로 일부만 노출되어 있는 프로브.
- 삭제
- 제2항에서,상기 전송선의 일단부의 폭은 25 내지 45㎛이고, 두께는 3 내지 10㎛인 프로브.
- 제1항에서,상기 절연막은 제1 절연막,상기 제1 절연막 위에 형성되어 있는 제2 절연막을 포함하고,상기 전송선은 상기 제1 절연막 및 상기 제2 절연막 사이에 형성되어 있는 프로브.
- 제4항에서,상기 접지선은 상기 제1 절연막의 비아홀을 채우고 있는 복수개의 제1 연결 부재를 통해 상기 제1 도전막과 연결되어 있는 프로브.
- 제1항에서,상기 절연막은 폴리머인 프로브.
- 기판 위에 제1 도전막을 형성하는 단계,상기 제1 도전막 위에 제1 절연막을 형성하는 단계,상기 제1 절연막을 관통하는 복수개의 제1 연결 부재를 형성하는 단계,상기 제1 절연막 위에 전송선 및 접지선을 형성하는 단계,상기 전송선 및 접지선 위에 제2 절연막을 형성하는 단계,상기 전송선의 좌측 및 우측에 각각 형성되며 비아홀(via hole)을 통하여 상기 제1 절연막 및 제2 절연막을 관통하는 제2 연결 부재 및 제3 연결 부재를 형성하는 단계,상기 전송선의 한쪽 일단부와 상기 접지선의 한쪽 일단부가 상기 제1 절연막 및/또는 상기 제2 절연막 상부에 일부 노출되도록 노출형성단계,상기 제2 절연막 위에 제2 도전막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 프로브의 제조 방법.
