Claims (5)
- 전기로에서 출강된 니켈이 30%이상 함유된 고니켈합금 용강을 AOD를 이용하여 정련하는 AOD를 이용한 고니켈합금의 정련방법에 있어서,상기 AOD에서 용강을 염기도 3 내지 4, 슬래그 중의 산화칼슘 농도 40 내지 45%, 철산화물 농도 23 내지 32%를 목표로 하여 탈탄 및 탈린하는 탈탄 및 탈린 단계;상기 탈탄 및 탈린단계에서 탈탄 및 탈린된 용강을 레이들에 출강하고 슬래그를 배재한 후 상기 AOD에 용강을 재장입하는 슬래그배재단계;상기 배재단계를 완료하고 상기 AOD에 재장입된 용강을 승온시킨 후 용강의 목표온도를 1730℃로 하여 승열제로 고니켈합금 용강 1톤당 6~7Kg의 알루미늄을 투입하고 고니켈합금 용강 1톤당 0.2~0.6Nm3/min의 유량으로 산소를 공급하고, 상기 산소와 동일한 유량으로 아르곤을 횡취투이어를 통하여 10분 내지 30분 취입하여 고니켈합금 용강을 승온시키는 용강승온 단계;상기 용강승온단계에서 승온된 용강을 탈황하는 탈황단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 AOD를 이용한 고니켈합금의 정련방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 탈탄 및 탈린단계는 상기 전기로의 종점에서 [P] ≤0.02%, [S] ≤0.008%, [C] ≤0.2%가 되며, 출강온도가 1600 ±20℃인 고니켈합금 용강을 AOD에 장입하고 상기 AOD에 장입된 고니켈합금 용강에 용강 1톤당 0.2∼0.6Nm3/min의 산소와 상기 산소의 유량과 동일한 유량의 아르곤을 상기 AOD의 횡취 투이어를 통하여 취입하고, 동시에 상기 AOD의 내부에 용강 1톤당 생석회 30∼40kg과 생석회 투 입량의 15∼20중량%의 형석을 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 AOD를 이용한 고니켈합금 용강의 정련방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 슬래그배재단계는 선행하는 상기 탈탄 및 탈린단계에서 정련된 용강을 레이들에 유재출강하고, 출강된 용강을 용강 1톤당 슬래그의 양이 1Kg이하가 되도록 슬래그를 배재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 AOD를 이용한 고니켈합금의 정련방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 탈황단계는 고니켈합금 용강 1톤당 0.2∼0.6Nm3/min의 유량으로 아르곤을 횡취투이어를 통하여 공급하여 용강을 교반하고, 고니켈합금 용강 1톤당 35 내지 45kg의 생석회를 투입하여 슬래그를 (CaO) 65∼73%, (SiO2) 10∼12%, (Al2O3) 15∼22%, 염기도를 5.5∼6.5로 조성하고, 상기 조성된 슬래그와 용강을 20 내지 40분 동안 반응시켜 탈황시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응시 반응을 통한 탈S정련을 20∼40분간 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 AOD를 이용한 고니켈합금의 정련방법.
