Claims (3)
- 케이싱의 내부에 탄력적으로 지지하여 설치하는 프레임과, 프레임에 외측고정자와 내측고정자를 고정 설치하고 그 외측고정자와 내측고정자 사이에 개재한 가동자가 직선으로 왕복운동을 하는 왕복동모터와, 왕복동모터의 가동자에 결합하여 프레임에 고정한 실린더의 내부에서 직선으로 왕복운동을 하면서 냉매가스를 압축하는 피스톤과, 피스톤을 탄력 지지하여 공진운동을 유도하는 복수 개의 공진스프링을 포함한 왕복동식 압축기에 있어서,내측고정자의 일측면에 프레임을 밀착하고, 그 프레임의 내주면에 용접부재를 밀착 지지하며, 용접부재와 내측고정자를 용접하여 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 내측고정자 고정구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,내측고정자의 일측면에 소정 깊이의 용접홈을 음형지게 형성하고, 프레임에는 상기한 내측고정자의 용접홈에 삽입하도록 절곡부를 형성하며, 프레임의 절곡부 안쪽에 상기한 용접부재를 삽입하여 그 용접부재가 프레임의 절곡부를 용접홈에 밀착시킨 상태에서 용접 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 내측고정자 고정구조.
- 제2항에 있어서,내측고정자는 동일한 프레임을 이용하여 외측고정자와 함께 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 내측고정자 고정구조.
