Abstract
Description
즉, 큰 곡선의 경사인선의 경우에는 곡선의 시점과 종점을 연결한 직선이 상기 절삭 인서트 바닥면에 대해 20도에서 60도 사이의 각도를 이루게 되는 것이다.
Claims (20)
- 원통형상으로서 회전 중심축을 가지는 툴홀더 몸체;한 개의 절삭 인서트를 수용하기 위한 포켓을 포함하는 헤드부;상기 헤드부 후방에 툴홀더 조립체를 가공 장비에 고정시키기 위해 형성되는 생크부;상기 헤드부에서 시작하여 툴홀더 몸체 후방쪽으로 연장형성되어 칩을 운반하는 역할을 하게 되는 칩 그루브;상기 생크부의 끝단부에서 시작되어, 직선 형태로 툴홀더 전체에 걸쳐 설치되며, 헤드부의 끝 단부에서 절삭 인서트 외측 노즈를 향하도록 경사지게 형성되는 냉각수관;상기 포켓에 수용되며, 전체적으로 대략 직육면체 형태로서, 몸체 중심부에는 스크류 홀이 구비되고, 상기 스크류홀 주변에는 포지티브 경사각을 가진 칩포머가 구비되며, 평평한 바닥면과 몸체 상면은 포지티브 여유각을 가진 측면에 의해 연결되고, 상면과 측면이 만나는 경계부에는 세 개 이상의 직선에 곡선이 포함된 절삭인선이 형성되는 절삭 인서트;를 포함하되,상기 절삭인선의 측면들이 연결되는 네 모서리부에는 라운드진 노즈가 구비되고, 상기 노즈는 툴홀더에 장착시 드릴링 구멍의 크기를 결정하는 외측 노즈와 툴홀더의 중심선을 넘어서 절삭인선이 위치하도록 배치되는 내측 노즈로 이루어지며,상기 외측 노즈는 둔각을 이루는 내측 노즈보다 작은 예각을 이루도록 형성되고,상기 절삭인선과 칩포머 및, 상기 측면 형상은 노즈를 이등분하는 선상에서 좌우 대칭을 이루도록 형성되며,상기 외측 노즈의 각도는 75도 내지 85도 사이의 각도를 이루도록 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 다기능 절삭 가공용 툴홀더 조립체.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 절삭인선은 외측 노즈에서 최대 높이를 가지면서 내측 노즈로 이동하면서 그 높이가 낮아지도록 헬리컬 형상을 이룸을 특징으로 하는 다기능 절삭 가공용 툴홀더 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 내측 노즈 부근에 위치하는 절삭인선은 홀더 중심선보다 아래에 위치하도록 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 다기능 절삭 가공용 툴홀더 조립체.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 내측 노즈 부근에 위치하는 절삭인선은,절삭 인서트 바닥면에 대해서 20도에서 60도 사이의 각도(θ)를 이루는 직선의 포지티브 인선을 이루거나,시점과 종점을 연결한 직선이 상기 절삭 인서트 바닥면에 대해 20도에서 60도 사이의 각도를 이루게 되는 큰 곡선의 경사 인선을 이루게 됨을 특징으로 하는 다기능 절삭 가공용 툴홀더 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 절삭인선은 외경 단면 가공시 외측 노즈 부분이 가공 피삭재와 먼저 접촉되도록 툴홀더 중심선의 직각에 대해서 포지티브 디쉬 각도를 이루도록 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 다기능 절삭 가공용 툴홀더 조립체.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 절삭인선의 포지티브 디쉬 각도는 1도 내지 5도 사이로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 절삭 가공용 툴홀더 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 절삭 인서트는 외경선삭 가공시 툴홀더 중심선 방향으로 절삭인선과 가공 피삭재 사이에 포지티브의 부절입각(α)을 갖도록 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 다기능 절삭 가공용 툴홀더 조립체.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 부절입각(α)은 4도 10분에서 10도 사이로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 절삭 가공용 툴홀더 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 절삭 인서트는 외측 노즈가 위치하는 모서리의 코너각중 바닥면에서의 코너각과 상면에서의 코너각이 각각 다른 크기로 형성되되,상기 외측 노즈에서 바닥면의 코너각이 상면의 절삭인선부의 코너각보다 3도 이상 크도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 절삭 가공용 툴홀더 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 절삭 인서트의 포지티브 여유각을 갖는 측면은, 내측 노즈 위치에서는 한 개의 각으로 형성되며,외측 노즈 위치에서는 두개 이상의 각으로 된 연속면으로 구성되고,상기 내측 노즈 위치와 외측 노즈 위치 사이의 여유면은 두 여유각 사이의 보간 형상으로 되어 연속으로 변하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 절삭 가공용 툴홀더 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 내측 노즈 부근의 툴홀더의 중심선에 위치하는 절삭인선은 절삭 인서트 중심 방향으로 연장되는 경사면을 형성하는데, 이들 경사면은 인서트의 바닥면을 기준으로 0도 이상의 네가티브의 경사각을 형성하며, 노즈를 이등분하는 직선에 대해서 좌우 대칭인 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 절삭 가공용 툴홀더 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 툴홀더의 헤드부에는 한 개의 칩 그루브가 설치되되, 상기 칩 그루브는 툴홀더의 중심선에 대해서 칩 그루브의 모든 위치에서 동일한 접선 각도를 갖도록 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 다기능 절삭 가공용 툴홀더 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 칩 그루브의 툴홀더의 중심선에 대한 접선 각도는 5도 내지 25도 범위 내의 각도를 이루게 됨을 특징으로 하는 다기능 절삭 가공용 툴홀더 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 툴홀더의 헤드부에는 한 개의 칩 그루브가 설치되되, 상기 칩 그루브는 툴홀더의 중심선에 대해서 5도 내지 25도의 각도 범위내에서 비틀어지게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 절삭 가공용 툴홀더 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 칩 그루브가 끝나는 부분과 생크부 사이에는 두 부분을 연결하며 툴홀더 고정시 생크부 삽입 위치를 결정짓는 플랜지가 구비되고,상기 생크부에는 툴홀더 회전방지와 절삭 인서트 배치의 기준이 되는 플랫면이 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 다기능 절삭 가공용 툴홀더 조립체.
