Claims (5)
- A) 고유점도가 0.8∼1.2, 수분이 50ppm 이하인 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트 폴리머를 이형도가 1.5∼4.5인 노즐을 사용하여 245∼265℃로 용융방사하는 단계,B) 냉각 구역에서 0.2∼1.0m/s의 속도의 공기로 10∼25℃로 냉각하는 단계,C) 스핀 피니쉬(spin finish)시 니트 타입용 또는 수용성 오일을 사용하여 유제를 부여하는 단계,D) 공급 롤러에서 필라멘트를 600∼1,000m/min의 속도로 필라멘트를 제 1연신롤러에 공급하며, 이 때 제1 연신롤러는 공급롤러 속도의 1.00∼1.2배의 속도로 연신하는 단계,E) 제2 연신롤러에서 150∼230℃의 온도로, 연신비는 제1 연신롤러의 2.5∼4.0배의 속도로 연신하는 단계,F) 제2 연신롤러를 통과한 필라멘트를 벌키성을 부여하기 위해 텍스처링 노즐이 있는 텍스처링 유니트를 통과시킬 때 텍스처링 유니트 내부에서 스팀을 분사하여 5∼50%의 크림프를 주어 필라멘트를 불규칙한 3차원으로 권축시키는 단계,G) 텍스처링 유니트를 통과한 필라멘트를 냉각수를 통해 10∼25℃로 냉각한 후, 교락기를 통과시켜 0∼40회/m의 교락을 부여하는 단계, 및H) 릴렉스롤러에서 제2연신롤러 속도의 0.70∼0.95배의 속도로 통과시켜 5∼30%의 릴렉스를 준 후 와인더로 권취하는 단계들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트 벌키 연속 필라멘트의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유니트 내부에서 분사되는 스팀의 온도는 150∼230℃이고, 압력은 3∼10kg/cm2인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트 벌키 연속 필라멘트의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 A) 단계에서 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트 폴리머에 칼라 마스터배치를 2∼5중량% 블렌딩 방사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트 벌키 연속 필라멘트의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 크림프 표준편차가 5% 이하인 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트 벌키 연속 필라멘트.
- 제 1 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트 벌키 연속 필라멘트를 포함하는 카페트.
