Claims (6)
- 노즐 본체에 있는 히터를 작동하여 노즐을 고온으로 형성하는 단계;게이트 팁에 설치된 가열장치를 작동하여 게이트 팁을 가열하는 단계:사출단계:사출완료후 가열장치를 정지하여 게이트 팁을 냉각시키는 단계:게이트 팁에 설치된 냉각장치를 작동시켜 게이트 팁를 급속 냉각시키는 단계:금형을 개폐하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 사출기용 핫 런너 시스템에 사용되는 노즐 게이트에 가열장치와 냉각장치를 장착한 개폐식 노즐 게이트 개폐방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 노즐 본체에 있는 히터를 작동하여 노즐을 고온으로 형성하는 단계;게이트 팁에 설치된 가열장치를 작동하여 게이트 팁을 가열하는 단계:사출단계:사출이 완료되기 전에 가열장치를 정지하여 게이트 팁을 냉각시키는 단계:사출완료후 게이트 팁에 설치된 냉각장치를 작동시켜 게이트 팁을 급속 냉각시키는 단계:금형을 개폐하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 사출기용 핫 런너 시스템에 사용되는 노즐 게이트에 가열장치와 냉각장치를 장착한 개폐식 노즐 게이트 개폐방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 노즐 본체에 있는 히터를 작동하여 노즐을 고온으로 형성하는 단계;게이트 팁에 설치된 가열장치를 작동하여 게이트 팁을 가열하는 단계:사출단계:사출을 완료하기 전에 게이트 팁에 설치된 냉각장치를 작동시켜 게이트 팁을 급속 냉각시키는 단계:사출 완료 후 가열장치를 정지하는 단계:금형을 개폐하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 사출기용 핫 런너 시스템에 사용되는 노즐 게이트에 가열장치와 냉각장치를 장착한 개폐식 노즐 게이트 개폐방법.
- 런너부의 내부에 배치된 팁의 첨단부에 히터를 설치하여서 된 것에 있어서, 노즐과 금형의 캐비티(10)가 접촉하는 게이트(7)주변에 가열 히터와는 다른 독립된 전기적 가열 장치인 가열장치(5)를 설치하되 가열장치와 함께 평형의 형태로 냉매(물 또는 압축공기)가 통과할 수 있는 냉각장치(COOLING DEVICES)(6)를 설치하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출기용 핫 런너 시스템에 사용되는 노즐 게이트에 가열장치와 냉각장치를 장착한 개폐식 노즐 게이트.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 팁 가열장치로 열전모듈(12)을 이용하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출기용 핫 런너 시스템에 사용되는 노즐 게이트에 가열장치와 냉각장치를 장착한 개폐식 노즐 게이트.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 게이트 팁(8)의 외부에 가열용 히터(9)와 냉각용 파이프(11)를 고정 설치하되 냉각용 파이프에는 물이나 공기를 이용한 냉매가 흐르도록 하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출기용 핫 런너 시스템에 사용되는 노즐 게이트에 가열장치와 냉각장치를 장착한 개폐식 노즐 게이트.
