Claims (5)
- 폴리이미드를 구성하는 디아미노 화합물이 4,4' -디아미노디페닐 메탄, 3,3' -디메틸-4,4' -디아미노디페닐 메탄, 2,2' -디메틸-4,4' -디아미노디페닐 메탄, 3,3' ,5,5' -테트라메틸-4,4' -디아미노디페닐 메탄 및 4,4' -에틸렌 디-메타-톨루이딘으로부터 선택된 둘 이상의 디아민을 20몰% 이상 함유하고, 폴리이미드를 구성하는 테트라카복실산 2무수물이 사이클로부탄 테트라카복실산 2무수물 20 내지 79몰%와 피로멜리트산 2무수물 21 내지 80몰%를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드계 액정 배향막용 조성물.
- 제1항에 따르는 액정 배향막용 조성물로부터 형성된 액정 배향막.
- 제2항에 따르는 액정 배향막을 포함하는 액정 디스플레이.
- 액정과 마주보도록 배열된 전극을 갖는 액정 디스플레이에, 제1항에 따르는 액정 배향막용 조성물로부터 형성된 액정 배향막을 형성시킨 액정 디스플레이 소자.
- 제4항에 있어서, 유전율 이방성이 6 내지 14인 불소계 액정 조성물이 함유되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 소자.
