Claims (12)
- 화학식 I의 화합물, 그의 N-옥사이드 형태, 약제학적으로 허용되는 산 부가 염 및 입체화학적 이성질체:[화학식 I]상기식에서,X 는 N 이고;R1 은 C1-6알킬, 하이드록시메틸 또는 벤질옥시메틸이며;R2 는 수소이고;R3, R4 및 R5 는 각각 독립적으로 수소, 할로, C1-6알킬, C1-6알킬옥시 또는 트리플루오로메틸이며;은 Ar2, Ar2CH2- 또는 Het2 이고;Ar2 은 페닐이며;Het2 는 퓨라닐, 티오퓨라닐, 옥사디아졸릴, 티아디아졸릴, 피리디닐 및 피리미디닐 중에서 선택된 모노사이클릭 헤테로사이클이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, X 는 N 이고; R1 은 C1-6알킬이며; R2 는 수소이고; R3, R4 및 R5 는 각각 독립적으로 수소, 할로, C1-6알킬, C1-6알킬옥시 또는 트리플루오로메틸인 화합물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, X 가 N 이고; R1 은 C1-4알킬이며; R2 가 수소이고; R3, R4 및 R5 가 각각 독립적으로 수소, 할로, C1-4알킬, C1-4알킬옥시 또는 트리플루오로메틸이며; 이가 라디칼 가 Ar2, Ar2CH2- 또는 Het2 이고, 여기에서 Ar2 는 페닐이며; Het2 는 티아디아졸릴, 피리디닐 또는 피리미디닐인 화합물.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 화합물이1-[4-(3-메틸-1,2,4-티아디아졸-5-일)페닐]-4-[3-(트리플루오로메틸)페닐]피페라진; 또는1-[5-(3-메틸-1,2,4-티아디아졸-5-일)-2-피리디닐]-4-[3-(트리플루오로메틸)페닐]피페라진; 그의 입체화학적 이성질체 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 산 부가 염인 화합물.
- 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체, 및 활성 성분으로서 치료학적 유효량의 제 1 항에 따른 화합물을 포함하는, 눈의 신혈관 질병, 신혈관 녹내장, 당뇨병 망막증, 수정체후방섬유증식증, 혈관종, 섬유성혈관종, 건선, 골관절염, 류마티스성 관절염, 유방암, 전립선암, 흑색종(melanoma), 신장암, 결장암, 또는 자궁경관(cervical)암의 치료 또는 예방용 조성물.
- 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체 및 제 1 항에 따른 화합물을 혼합하여 제 6 항에 따른 약제학적 조성물을 제조하는 방법.

- a) 화학식 II의 중간체를 반응-불활성 용매내에서 화학식 III의 중간체와 반응시키거나;b) 화학식 IV의 중간체를 반응-불활성 용매 내에서 적합한 염기 존재 하에 하이드록실아미노-O-설폰산으로 처리하여 R1 이 메틸인 화학식 I의 화합물로 정의되는 화학식 I-a 의 화합물을 수득함을 특징으로 하여 제 1 항에 따른 화합물을 제조하는 방법:상기식에서 X, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 및 는 제 1 항에서 정의한 바와 같으며 W 는 적합한 이탈기이다.
- 화학식 IV의 화합물, 그의 산 부가 염, N-옥사이드 형태 또는 입체화학적 이성질체:[화학식 IV]상기식에서, X, R2, R3, R4, R5 및 이가 라디칼 는 제 1 항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
- a) 화학식 IX의 중간체를 반응-불활성 용매내에서 N,N-디메틸아세트아마이드 디메틸 아세탈로 처리하여 화학식 IV의 화합물을 수득함을 특징으로 하여 제 11 항에 따른 화학식 IV의 화합물을 제조하는 방법:상기식에서, X, R2, R3, R4, R5 및 이가 라디칼 는 제 1 항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
