- 부하로부터 요구되는 전력을 검지하기 위한 전력검지수단과,상기 부하에 공급해야 할 전력의 생성이 소정의 전력생성수단에서 행해지고있지 않을 때, 상기 검지된 부하로부터 요구되는 전력이 소정의 값 이상으로 되어 있는 시간을 누계하기 위한 시간누계수단과,상기 누계의 결과에 기초하여 소정의 룰을 이용하여, 상기 부하에 공급해야 할 전력의 생성을 상기 전력생성수단에 개시시키기 위한 전력생성 제어수단을 구비하고,상기 소정의 룰은 소정의 기간에서의 (1) 연속적으로 상기 누계된 시간, 또는 (2) 불연속적으로 상기 누계된 시간의 총합이 소정의 임계값 이상으로 되었을 때에 상기 부하에 공급해야 할 전력의 생성을 상기 전력생성수단에 개시시키기 위한 룰인 것을 특징으로 하는 전력생성 제어시스템.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 시간누계수단은 소정의 기간에서의 (1) 연속적으로 상기 누계된 시간, 또는 (2) 불연속적으로 상기 누계된 시간의 총합을 상기 누계의 결과로서 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력생성 제어시스템.

- 제 16항에 있어서,상기 전력생성수단에 상기 부하에 공급해야 할 상기 전력의 생성을 개시 또는 종료시켜야 할 시각이 상기 축적된 이력에 기초하여 산출되고,상기 전력생성수단은 실질상 상기 산출된 시각에 상기 부하에 공급해야 할 상기 전력의 생성을 개시 또는 종료시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력생성 제어시스템.
- 부하로부터 요구되는 전력을 검지하는 단계와,상기 부하에 공급해야 할 전력의 생성이 소정의 전력생성수단에서 행해지고 있지 않을 때, 상기 검지된 부하로부터 요구되는 전력이 소정의 값 이상으로 되어 있는 시간을 누계하는 단계와,상기 누계의 결과에 기초하여 소정의 룰을 이용하여, 상기 부하에 공급해야 할 전력의 생성을 상기 전력생성수단에 개시시키는 단계를 구비하고,상기 소정의 룰은 소정의 기간에서의 (1) 연속적으로 상기 누계된 시간, 또는 (2) 불연속적으로 상기 누계된 시간의 총합이 소정의 임계값 이상으로 되었을 때에 상기 부하에 공급해야 할 전력의 생성을 상기 전력생성수단에 개시시키기 위한 룰인 것을 특징으로 하는 전력생성 제어방법.
