Claims (6)
- ⅰ) 시료 단백질의 항체를 SPR(surface plasmon resonance) 칩에 고정화시키는 단계;ⅱ) 상기 SPR 칩에 시료 항원 단백질을 반응시키는 단계;ⅲ) 상기 시료 항원 단백질에 결합할 수 있는 감지용 항체를 결합시키는 단계;ⅳ) 상기 감지용 항체에 결합 가능한 효소를 반응시키는 단계; 및ⅴ) 상기 효소와 반응하는 반응물질을 첨가하여 SPR 칩 표면에 침전물을 형성시켜 SPR 신호를 증폭시키는 단계를 포함하는 단백질의 측정방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 SPR 칩은 SPR 센서 또는 SPRI(surface plasmon resonance imaging) 센서로 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 SPRI 센서는 단백질 항체가 2차원적으로 배열하여 고정화된 것을 특징으로 하는 측정방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 시료 항원 단백질의 농도는 10 fg/㎖ ~ 100 ㎍/㎖ 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 측정방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 시료 항원 단백질의 농도는 10 pg/㎖ ~ 100 ng/㎖ 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 측정방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 ⅴ) 단계 이후에 추가적으로 상기 침전물이 형성된 바이오칩의 각도를 변화시켜 상기 바이오칩에 배열된 개개의 스팟의 SPR 각도 변화를 분석하는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정방법.
