Claims (6)
- 브레인 표면적 4000 ㎡/g 분말의 칼슘알루미네이트(3CaO·5Al2O3) 40∼50 중량%, 트리칼슘실리케이트(3CaO·SiO2) 30∼40 중량%, 칼슘설포알루미네이트(4CaO·3Al2O3·SO3)와 칼슘, 철, 마그네슘실리케이트[(Ca, Fe, Mg)SiO3] 5∼10 중량% 및 흄드 실리카 5∼10 중량%로 이루어진 것이 특징인 고강도 및 속경성 시멘트 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,0∼40℃ 온도에서 임펠러의 교반속도가 2000 rpm에서 혼합하는 것이 특징인 고강도 및 속경성 시멘트 조성물.
- 브레인 표면적 4000 ㎡/g 분말의 칼슘알루미네이트(3CaO·5Al2O3) 40∼50 중량%, 트리칼슘실리케이트(3CaO·SiO2) 30∼40 중량%, 칼슘설포알루미네이트(4CaO·3Al2O3·SO3)와 칼슘, 철, 마그네슘실리케이트[(Ca, Fe, Mg)SiO3] 5∼10 중량% 및 흄드 실리카 5∼10 중량%로 이루어진 시멘트 조성물 100 중량부에 부직포 또는 직경이 10㎛이며 길이가 1∼2 ㎝되게 절단한 무기질 현무암 섬유 10∼20 중량부, 감수제 0.01∼0.1 중량부 및 소포제 0.01∼0.1 중량부를 첨가하고 혼합하여 슬러리를 만들고, 이 슬러리를 일정한 형틀에 주입하여 양생하는 것이 특징인 고강도 및 속경성 시멘트 패널의 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 부직포는 폴리에틸렌 부직포, 폴리프로필렌 부직포, 나일론 부직포 중에서 선택하는 것이 특징인 고강도 및 속경성 시멘트 패널의 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,물/시멘트의 중량비가 0.30∼0.35가 되도록 물을 첨가하는 것이 특징인 고강도 및 속경성 시멘트 패널의 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,0∼40℃ 온도에서 2000 rpm의 임펠러 교반속도에서 혼합하는 것이 특징인 고강도 및 속경성 시멘트 패널의 제조방법.
