Description
Claims (18)
- 챔버로부터 대기를 배출하는 단계 및대기가 챔버로부터 배출되는 동안, 챔버 속의 압력을 측정하는 단계[여기서, 압력이 증가하는 경우에는, 챔버 속에 물이 존재함을 나타낸다]를 포함하는, 챔버 내부를 진공으로 유도하면서 챔버 속의 물의 존재 여부를 검출하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 챔버 속의 압력이 물의 삼중점 압력에 도달하는 경우에만 물이 존재함을 나타내는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 챔버 속의 압력이 5torr 미만인 경우에만 물이 존재함을 나타내는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압력이 소정의 값을 초과하여 증가하는 경우에만 물이 존재함을 나타내는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압력이 50mtorr 이상 증가된 후에만 물이 존재함을 나타내는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 챔버 속의 압력을 측정하는 단계가, 압력을 간격을 두어 샘플링하고 샘플링한 압력의 실시 평균(running average)을 계산하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압력을 소정의 간격으로 샘플링하고, 일시적 압력 피크에 대해 압력의 누적 증가를 계산하는 단계[여기서, 이러한 일시적 피크에 대한 압력의 누적 증가가 50mtorr에 도달하는 경우, 시스템 속에 과량의 물이 존재함을 나타낸다]를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 물의 잠정 위치와 압력 감지기 사이에 유체 유동 제한물을 배치하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 유체 유동 제한물이, 증기는 통과시키면서 미생물의 통과는 제한하는 여과 수단을 포함하는 항미생물 내장물을 포함하는 방법.
- 대기를 함유하는 챔버 속에 대상물을 두는 단계,대기중 적어도 일부가 챔버로부터 배출되는 단계,대기가 챔버로부터 배출되는 동안, 챔버 속의 압력을 측정[여기서, 압력이 증가하는 경우에는, 챔버 속에 물이 존재함을 나타낸다]하고 챔버로부터 물을 제거하는 단계 및챔버 속에 살균 증기를 주입하여 대상물과 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는, 대상물의 살균처리방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 챔버 속의 압력이 5torr 미만인 경우에만 물이 존재함을 나타내는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 압력이 50mtorr 이상 증가된 후에만 물이 존재함을 나타내는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 챔버 속의 압력을 측정하는 단계가, 압력을 간격을 두어 샘플링하고 샘플링된 압력의 실시 평균을 계산하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 대상물을 수용할 수 있는 내부 공간을 갖는 챔버,내부 공간으로부터 대기의 적어도 일부를 추출하는 진공수단,챔버 속의 압력을 검출하는 수단 및진공수단이 챔버로부터 대기를 추출하는 동안, 챔버 속의 물의 존재를 검출하기 위해, 챔버 속의 물의 존재를 나타내는 챔버 속의 압력 증가에 반응하는 수단을 포함하는, 대상물의 살균장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 압력 증가에 반응하는 수단이 소정의 압력 미만에서만 반응하는 장치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 소정의 압력이 5torr인 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 압력 증가에 반응하는 수단이 소정의 값을 초과하는 압력의 증가에만 반응하는 장치.
