Claims (4)
- 복잡한 단백질 상호작용 네트워크를 단순한 형태로 개념화하기 위한 방법에 있어서,(a) 상기 상호작용 네트워크를 구성하는 단백질 노드들을 유전자 온톨로지 개념들로 개념화하여 네트워크를 재구성하기 위한 단백질 개념화 단계;(b) 상기 재구성된 네트워크에서 동일한 개념을 포함하는 노드들을 하나의 노드로 통합하여 네트워크를 생성하기 위한 정확일치에 의한 네트워크 개념화 단계; 및(c) 상기 생성된 네트워크에서 유사한 개념을 가지는 여러 노드들을 하나의 노드로 통합하여 네트워크를 재구성하기 위한 근사일치에 의한 네트워크 개념화 단계를 포함하는 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유전자 온톨로지를 이용한 단백질 상호작용 네트워크의 개념화 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단계(a)에서의 단백질 개념화 단계는,(a1) 네트워크(N)에서 하나의 단백질 노드()를 추출하는 단계;(a2) 상기 추출된 단백질 노드()에 해당하는 CC 개념, BP 개념 및 MF 개념을 각각 할당하는 단계; 및(a3) 모든 단백질 노드()를 개념 노드()로 대치하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유전자 온톨로지를 이용한 단백질 상호작용 네트워크의 개념화 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 단계(b)에서의 정확일치에 의한 네트워크 개념화 단계는,(b1) 유전자 온톨로지에서 복수의 개념 계층(CC, BP, MF)을 선택하는 단계;(b2) 네트워크(N)에서 하나의 개념 노드()를 추출하는 단계;(b3) 상기 추출된 개념 노드()와 동일한 개념을 가진 다른 모든 개념 노드()를 탐색하는 단계;(b4) 상기 추출된 개념 노드()와 상기 탐색된 개념 노드()를 통합하여 하나의 개념 노드(C)로 생성하는 단계; 및(b5) 상기 생성된 모든 개념 노드(C)의 방문을 표시하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유전자 온톨로지를 이용한 단백질 상호작용 네트워크의 개념화 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 단계(c)에서의 근사일치에 의한 네트워크 개념화 단계는,(c1) 하나의 온톨로지 계층을 선택하는 단계;(c2) 상기 선택된 온톨로지 계층에 따라 모든 노드에 대해 그 노드가 가지는 개념의 깊이를 계산하는 단계;(c3) 상기 계산된 노드 중에서 가장 깊은 깊이를 가지는 노드 개념들을 상위 개념으로 대치하는 단계;(c4) 상기 대치된 개념들을 포함하는 노드들에 대해 상기 단계(b)로 리턴되어 정확일치에 의한 네트워크 개념화를 수행하는 단계; 및(c5) 사용자가 개념화를 계속 진행하기 원할 경우에 상기 단계(c1)~(c4)을 반복 수행하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유전자 온톨로지를 이용한 단백질 상호작용 네트워크의 개념화 방법.
