Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 액체역중에 침전하는 고형물의 현탁과 가스를 용해시키기 위한 장치로서, 액체역중에 잠수시키기 적합하며,a) 상기 액체역의 표면으로 상승하는 비용해 가스를 포착하고 상기 포착된 비용해 가스를 상기 장치의 천정 공간으로 유도하는데 적합한 컬렉터;b) 상기 액체역 바닥의 침전 고형물과 슬러지를 혼합하여 현탁시키고 비용해 가스를 용해할 수 있도록, 상기 컬렉터에 의해 상기 천정공간으로 유도된 비용해 가스 및 액체를 공급 가스 유입구로부터 유도된 공급 가스와 함께 가스 액체 혼합물로서 상기 액체역 바닥쪽으로 고속으로 하향 배출하기 위한 유체 펌프; 및c) 상기 장치에 연결되고, 제 1 밸러스트로 충전됨으로써 상기 장치를 상기 액체역중으로 잠수시키기에 적합하며, 제 2 밸러스트로 충전됨으로써 상기 장치를 상기 액체역중에서 위로 상승시키기에 적합한 1개 이상의 밸러스트 챔버를 포함하는, 액체역중에 침전하는 고형물의 현탁과 가스를 용해시키기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유체 펌프는 흡출 부재내에 배치된 회전 가능한 샤프트에 연결된 임펠러를 포함하는, 액체역중에 침전하는 고형물의 현탁과 가스를 용해시키기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 컬렉터는 상기 비용해 가스를 포착할 수 있는 크기를 갖는 밸러스트 챔버 표면을 구비하고, 상기 밸러스트 챔버 표면은 상기 비용해 가스를 상기 천정 공간으로 유도할 수 있도록 경사진 평면을 구비한, 액체역중에 침전하는 고형물의 현탁과 가스를 용해시키기 위한 장치.
- 액체역중에 침전하는 고형물의 현탁과 가스를 용해시키기 위한 장치로서, 액체역중에 잠수되기에 적합하며,a) 상기 액체역으로부터 액체를 유도하고 상기 액체를 고속으로 배출시키는데 적합한 조정 가능한 제트 폭기장치;b) 상기 제트 폭기장치에 연결되고, 잘록한 중간부를 가지며, 상기 폭기장치로부터 액체를 고속으로 수용하기에 적합한 벤투리관;c) 제 1 단부가 상기 벤투리관의 목부에 연결되고, 제 2 단부가 상기 벤투리관 아래의 천정 공간으로부터 제 1 가스를 유도하고 상기 제 1 가스를 상기 벤투리관으로 다시 공급하기에 적합한 파이프;d) 상기 천정 공간으로 제 2 가스를 공급하기 위한 도관;e) 상기 장치에 부착되고, 제 1 밸러스트로 충전되어 상기 장치가 상기 액체역중에 잠수되도록 하고 제 2 밸러스트로 충전되어 상기 장치가 상기 액체역중에서 상승되도록 하기에 적합한 밸러스트 챔버; 및f) 상기 액체역으로부터 상승하는 비용해 가스를 포착하여 상기 비용해 가스를 천정 공간으로 유도하는 컬렉터를 포함하는, 액체역중에 침전하는 고형물의 현탁과 가스를 용해시키기 위한 장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 컬렉터는 상기 비용해 가스를 포착할 수 있는 크기의 밸러스트 챔버 표면을 구비하고, 상기 밸러스트 챔버 표면은 상기 비용해 가스를 상기 천정 공간으로 유도할 수 있도록 경사 표면을 구비하는, 액체역중에 침전하는 고형물의 현탁과 가스를 용해시키기 위한 장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 제트 폭기장치가 상기 액체역으로부터 상기 액체를 유도하는 유입구 및 상기 액체를 고속으로 배출시키는 유출구를 지닌 펌프를 포함하는, 액체역중에 침전하는 고형물의 현탁과 가스를 용해시키기 위한 장치.
- 액체역을 폭기시키고 상기 액체역중에 침전하는 고형물을 현탁시키는 방법으로서,a) 잠수 가능한 폭기장치를 제공하는 단계;b) 상기 폭기장치를 상기 액체역의 표면 아래로 잠수시키는 단계;c) 상기 액체역내로 가스 스트림을 유입시키는 단계; 및d) 상기 액체역 바닥의 침전 고형물과 슬러지를 혼합하여 현탁시키고 비용해가스를 용해할 수 있도록 하기 위해 상기 폭기 장치를 사용하여 상기 가스 스트림과 상기 액체역 중의 비용해 가스 및 액체와 혼합시키고, 상기 혼합된 가스-액체 혼합물을 상기 액체역 바닥쪽으로 고속으로 하향 배출하는 단계를 포함하는, 액체역을 폭기시키고 상기 액체역중에 침전하는 고형물을 현탁시키는 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 폭기장치의 잠수된 깊이를 조정하여 상기 액체역중에 침전하는 고형물의 현탁을 최적화시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 액체역을 폭기시키고 상기 액체역중에 침전하는 고형물을 현탁시키는 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 폭기장치의 깊이를 조정하는 단계는,a) 상기 잠수 가능한 폭기장치에 연결된 밸러스트 챔버를 제 1 밸러스트로 충전시켜 상기 잠수 가능한 폭기장치가 상기 액체역의 표면 아래로 잠수되도록 하는 단계;b) 상기 잠수 가능한 폭기장치가 상기 액체역중에서 요망 깊이에 도달할 때까지 밸러스트 챔버를 제 1 밸러스트로 충전시키는 단계;c) 상기 밸러스트 챔버를 제 2 밸러스트로 충전시킴으로써 상기 제 1 밸러스트를 배출시켜 상기 잠수 가능한 폭기장치가 상기 액체역의 표면으로 상승되도록 하는 단계를 포함하는, 액체역을 폭기시키고 상기 액체역중에 침전하는 고형물을 현탁시키는 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, a) 상기 액체역의 표면으로 상승하는 상기 비용해 가스를 포착하는 단계; 및 b) 상기 비용해 가스를 가스-액체 제트류로 재순환시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 액체역을 폭기시키고 상기 액체역중에 침전하는 고형물을 현탁시키는 방법.
