Claims (6)
- a) 증발기에 폐황산을 공급하고,b) 대기압 미만의 압력 하에서 물을 증발시키고, 수증기가 첨가되고 황산을 추가로 함유하는 가스상을 형성하며, 농축된 저부 생성물을 형성하기에 충분한 온도로 상기 폐황산을 가열하고,c) 저부 생성물 위의 가스상을 증기 1000 kg/시간 당 10 내지 1000 kg/시간의 양으로 공급되는 수성상과 접촉시켜서, 가스상에 함유된 황산을 수성상에 흡수시켜 황산이 거의 없는 가스상을 얻고,d) 황산을 함유한 수성상을 저부 상에 장착된 디미스터(demister) 상에 형성된 액적 형태로 저부로 반송시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐황산의 농축 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 대기압 미만의 압력이 5 내지 950 mbar로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수성상이 가스상과 병류(竝流)로 디미스터 아래의 가스상으로 주입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 디미스터는 두께가 1 내지 100 cm이고, 편성물, 브레이딩, 제직물 또는 패킹으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용된 폐황산의 초기 농도가 50 내지 90 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폐황산이 70 내지 97 중량%로 농축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
