Description
Claims (13)
- (a) 지지체 물질과, 제 1 메탈로센을 포함하는 제 1 용액을 합하는 단계; (b) 혼합물을 건조시켜 지지된 제 1 메탈로센을 제조하는 단계; (c) 지지된 제 1 메탈로센을, 제 1 메탈로센과 상이한 제 2 메탈로센을 포함하는 제 2 용액과 합하는 단계; 및 (d) 생성된 혼합물을 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는, 지지된 메탈로센 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,지지체 물질이 다공성인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,제 1 용액의 체적, 제 2 용액의 체적, 또는 제 1 용액 및 제 2 용액의 체적이 다공성 지지체의 전체 기공 체적의 3 배 미만인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,제 1 용액의 체적, 제 2 용액의 체적, 또는 제 1 용액 및 제 2 용액의 체적이 다공성 지지체의 전체 기공 체적의 2 배 미만인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,제 1 용액, 제 2 용액, 또는 제 1 용액 및 제 2 용액이 메탈로센과 활성제를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,활성제가 알룸옥산인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,제 1 메탈로센이 이소택틱 폴리프로필렌을 생성할 수 있으며, 하기 화학식 I로 표시되는 방법:화학식 I상기 식에서,M'는 4, 5, 또는 6족 전이 금속이고; X' 및 X"는 같거나 상이한 수소화물, 할로겐, 또는 탄소 원자 약 6개 이하를 갖는 하이드로카빌 또는 알킬 라디칼이고; A' 및 A"는 같거나 상이한 비대칭의 치환된 사이클로펜타디에닐 또는 인데닐 그룹을 나타내고; S'는 1 내지 6개의 원자를 갖는 선형 또는 환형 탄화수소 라디칼 브릿지(bridge)이다.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,제 2 메탈로센이 13C-NMR 분석에 의해 측정시 50% 이상의 이소택틱 펜타드(pentad)를 갖는 폴리프로필렌을 생성할 수 있으며, 하기 화학식 II로 표시되는 방법:화학식 II상기 식에서,M은 티탄, 지르코늄, 하프늄, 바나듐, 니오븀, 탄탈, 크롬, 몰리브덴 및 텅스텐으로 구성된 군중에서 선택되고;R1 및 R2는 같거나 상이하고, 수소 원자, C1-C10 알킬 그룹, 바람직하게는 C1-C3 알킬 그룹, C1-C10 알콕시 그룹, C6-C10 아릴 그룹, C6-C10 아릴옥시 그룹, C2-C10 알케닐 그룹, C2-C4 알케닐 그룹, C7-C40 아릴알킬 그룹, C7-C40 알킬아릴 그룹, C8-C40 아릴알케닐 그룹 또는 할로겐 원자중 하나이고;R3 및 R4는 수소 원자이고;R5 및 R6은 같거나 상이하고, 할로겐 원자, 할로겐화될 수 있는 C1-C10 알킬 그룹, 할로겐화될 수 있는 C6-C10 아릴 그룹, C2-C10 알케닐 그룹, C7-C40 아릴알킬 그룹, C7-C40 알킬아릴 그룹, C8-C40 아릴알케닐 그룹, -NR2 15, -SR15, -OR15, -OSiR3 15 또는 -PR2 15 라디칼중 하나이고, R15는 할로겐 원자, C1-C10 알킬 그룹 또는 C6-C10 아릴 그룹중 하나이고;R7은, -B(R11)-, -Al(R11)-, -Ge-, -Sn-, -O-, -S-, -SO-, -SO2-, -N(R11)-, -CO-, -P(R11)-, 또는 -P(O)(R11)-이고;R11 , R12 및 R13은 같거나 상이하고, 수소 원자, 할로겐 원자, C1-C20 알킬 그룹, C1-C20 플루오로알킬 그룹, C6-C30 아릴 그룹, C6-C30 플루오로아릴 그룹, C1-C20 알콕시 그룹, C2-C20 알케닐 그룹, C7-C40 아릴알킬 그룹, C8-C40 아릴알케닐 그룹 또는 C7-C40 알킬아릴 그룹이거나, 또는 R11 및 R12, 또는 R11 및 R13은 이들과 결합하는 원자와 함께 고리 시스템을 형성할 수 있고;M2는 규소, 게르마늄 또는 주석이고;R8 및 R9는 같거나 상이하고 R11에 대해 언급한 의미를 갖고;m 및 n은 같거나 상이하고 0, 1 또는 2이고, m + n은 0, 1 또는 2이고;R10 라디칼은 같거나 상이하고 R11, R12 및 R13에 대해 언급한 의미를 갖고, 2개의 인접한 R10 라디칼은 함께 결합하여 고리 시스템을 형성할 수 있다.
- (a) 다공성 지지체 물질과, 용매 및 제 1 메탈로센을 포함하는 제 1 용액(여기서, 제 1 용액의 체적은 다공성 지지체의 전체 기공 체적의 약 3 배 미만이다)을 합하는 단계; (b) 혼합물을 건조시켜 지지된 제 1 메탈로센을 생성하는 단계; (c) 지지된 제 1 메탈로센을, 용매 및 제 2 메탈로센을 포함하는 제 2 용액과 합하는 단계(여기서, 제 2 메탈로센은 제 1 메탈로센과 상이하고, 용액의 체적은 지지된 제 1 메탈로센의 전체 기공 체적의 약 3 배 미만이다); 및 (d) 생성된 혼합물을 건조시키는 단계를 포함하고, (e) 제 1 및 제 2 메탈로센이 상이한 택티서티를 갖는 프로필렌 중합체를 생성할 수 있는, 지지된 메탈로센 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,제 1 용액의 체적, 제 2 용액의 체적, 또는 제 1 용액 및 제 2 용액의 체적이 다공성 지지체의 전체 기공 체적의 약 2 배 미만인 방법.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서,제 1 용액, 제 2 용액, 또는 제 1 용액 및 제 2 용액이 용매, 메탈로센 및 활성제를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,활성제가 알룸옥산인 방법.
