- 제1항에 있어서,내산성 및/또는 내담즙산성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 락토바실러스 에시도필러스 케이와이1909(기탁기관 : 한국미생물보존센타, 기탁일자 : 2002년 8월 8일, 수탁번호 : KCCM 10411).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,1 내지 30%의 D(-)형태의 유산과, 70 내지 99%의 L(+)형태의 유산을 생성하는 락토바실러스 에시도필러스 케이와이1909(기탁기관 : 한국미생물보존센타, 기탁일자 : 2002년 8월 8일, 수탁번호 : KCCM 10411).
