- (a) 하기 화학식 5 또는 5j의 화합물을 염기와 반응시켜 하기 화학식 6의 화합물을 제조하는 단계; 및(b) 이렇게 형성된 화학식 6의 화합물(여기서, W는 H이다)을 환원시켜 화학식 1a의 화합물을 제조하거나; 또는(c) 이렇게 형성된 화학식 6의 화합물(여기서, W는 보호기이다)을 환원시키고 보호기를 제거하여 화학식 1a의 화합물을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는, 하기 화학식 1a의 화합물의 제조방법:화학식 1a화학식 5화학식 5j화학식 6상기 식에서,X 및 Y는 이들이 부착된 탄소와 함께 (C4-C8)사이클로알킬 고리를 형성하되,(C4-C8)사이클로알킬 고리는 C(O)에 의해 선택적으로 치환될 수 있고,Q는 할로이고,W는 수소 또는 보호기이다.
- (a) 하기 화학식 5 또는 5j의 화합물을 염기와 반응시켜 하기 화학식 7의 화합물을 제조하는 단계; 및(b) 이렇게 형성된 화학식 7의 화합물(여기서, W는 H이다)을 수소화시켜 화학식 1a의 화합물을 제조하거나; 또는(c) 이렇게 형성된 화학식 7의 화합물(여기서, W는 보호기이다)을 수소화시키고 보호기를 제거하여 화학식 1a의 화합물을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는, 하기 화학식 1a의 화합물의 제조방법:화학식 1a화학식 5화학식 5j화학식 7상기 식에서,X 및 Y는 이들이 부착된 탄소와 함께 (C4-C8)사이클로알킬 고리를 형성하되,(C4-C8)사이클로알킬 고리는 C(O)에 의해 선택적으로 치환될 수 있고,Q는 할로이고,W는 수소 또는 보호기이다.
- (a) 하기 화학식 5 또는 5j의 화합물을 염기와 반응시켜 하기 화학식 6의 화합물을 제조하는 단계;(b) 이렇게 형성된 화학식 6의 화합물을 염기와 반응시켜 하기 화학식 7의 화합물을 제조하는 단계; 및(c) 이렇게 형성된 화학식 7의 화합물(여기서, W는 H이다)을 수소화시켜 화학식 1a의 화합물을 제조하거나; 또는(d) 이렇게 형성된 화학식 7의 화합물(여기서, W는 보호기이다)을 수소화시키고 보호기를 제거하여 화학식 1a의 화합물을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는, 하기 화학식 1a의 화합물의 제조방법:화학식 1a화학식 5화학식 5j화학식 6화학식 7상기 식에서,X 및 Y는 이들이 부착된 탄소와 함께 (C4-C8)사이클로알킬 고리를 형성하되,(C4-C8)사이클로알킬 고리는 C(O)에 의해 선택적으로 치환될 수 있고,Q는 할로이고,W는 수소 또는 보호기이다.
- (a) 하기 화학식 5 또는 5j의 화합물을 염기와 반응시켜 하기 화학식 6의 화합물을 제조하는 단계;(b) 이렇게 형성된 화학식 6의 화합물을 염기와 반응시켜 하기 화학식 7의 화합물을 제조하는 단계; 및(c) 이렇게 형성된 화학식 7의 화합물(여기서, W는 H이다)을 수소화시켜 화학식 1a의 화합물을 제조하거나; 또는(d) 이렇게 형성된 화학식 7의 화합물(여기서, W는 보호기이다)로부터 보호기를 제거하여 하기 화학식 1b의 화합물을 제조하고, 이렇게 형성된 화학식 1b의 화합물을 수소화시켜 화학식 1a의 화합물을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는, 하기 화학식 1a의 화합물의 제조방법:화학식 1a화학식 5화학식 5j화학식 6화학식 7화학식 1b상기 식에서,X 및 Y는 이들이 부착된 탄소와 함께 (C4-C8)사이클로알킬 고리를 형성하되,(C4-C8)사이클로알킬 고리는 C(O)에 의해 선택적으로 치환될 수 있고,Q는 할로이고,W는 수소 또는 보호기이다.
