Claims (2)
- 전해조에 음극과 양극판을 구비하고, 전해액을 전기분해시켜 수소와 산소가스를 얻는 장치에 있어서,받침판(2)과;요홈(8)을 갖는 각각의 절연받침(3)과;전해액을 보관할 수 있는 공간에 한쌍의 전극판을 이용하여 전기분해가 가능하도록 구비된 전해조(4)(4a)와;상기 전해조(4)(4a)에 연결되어 전기분해시 필요한 전해액을 공급하는 전해액 유입구(6)와;상기 전해조(4)(4a)의 상단에 연결되어 전기분해 과정중에 발생된 가스를 외부로 배출시키는 가스배출부(5)와;전기분해시 발생된 열을 냉각시키기 위해 병렬로 연결된 전해조(4)(4a)의 정면에 구비된 블로워(7);로 구성되며, 상기 전해조를 기본 단위로 하여 필요한 가스 용량에 따라 선택적으로 전해조의 하단 양측에 상기 절연받침(3)을 끼워 받침판(2) 위에 다수개의 전해조를 병렬로 연결시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변형 전해조에 의한 대용량 산소 ·수소 혼성가스 발생장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전해조(4)(4a)는 요홈부(10)의 가장 자리로 체결공 (11)을 갖는 커플러(12)를 구비하며 외측면으로 방폭소음기(9) 및 보강부(13a) (13b)를 구비하고 상하단에 온도센서(13c)와 드레인 밸브(13d)가 구비된 함체부 (13)와;함체부(13)의 외측에 구비된 + 입력단자(14)와 연결된 상태로 내측면에 구비된 + 전극판(16)과;함체부(13)의 면적과 같은 면적을 갖도록 구비된 커버(17)와;커플러(12)와 커버(17)의 가장자리 사이에 구비된 절연부재(18)와;커버(17)와 절연부재(18)의 내측으로 + 전극판(16)과 동일한 형태를 갖도록 구비된 - 전극판(16a)과;커플러(12)와 커버전극(17)이 다수의 체결부재(19)에 의해 기밀이 유지되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가변형 전해조에 의한 대용량 산소 ·수소 혼성가스 발생장치.
