Claims (11)
- 하기 구조식 (Ⅰ)으로 표현되는 전이금속 화합물 및 조촉매를 이용하여, 에틸렌 50∼90mol%, 방향족 비닐 화합물 1∼55mol% 및 비닐 노보넨 0.01∼10mol%로 공중합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-방향족 비닐 화합물-비닐 노보넨 삼원공중합체의 제조방법:상기 식에서, M은 ⅣB족인 티타늄, 지르코늄 또는 하프늄이고;Cp1은 치환기를 갖지 않는 시클로펜타디에닐기, 환 구조를 갖지 않는 알킬 치환기 1∼4개를 갖는 시클로펜타디에닐기, 치환기를 갖거나 또는 갖지 않는 인데닐기, 또는 치환기를 갖거나 혹은 갖지 않는 플루오레닐기이고;Y는 C1∼10의 디알킬실릴렌, 알킬렌, 아릴렌 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어질 수 있고;A는 C1∼30의 알킬 또는 알킬아미도, 혹은 Cp1과 같은 시클로펜타디에닐기의 유도체이고;X는 수소, 염소 및 브롬과 같은 할로겐, 메틸 및 에틸과 같은 알킬, 페닐과 같은 아릴기 또는 디엔으로부터 선택되고; 그리고여기에서 A가 Cp1유도체인 경우 전이금속 착물은 라세믹 구조를 가질 수 있으며, d-form이나l-form이 사용 가능함.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조촉매는 유기금속화합물, 또는 비배위 루이스 산과 알킬알루미늄과의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-방향족 비닐 화합물-비닐 노보넨 삼원공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유기금속화합물은 알킬알루미녹산 및 유기알루미늄화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-방향족 비닐 화합물-비닐 노보넨 삼원공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 알킬알루미녹산은 메틸알루미녹산(MAO) 또는 개질된 메틸알루미녹산(MMAO)인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-방향족 비닐 화합물-비닐 노보넨 삼원공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 유기알루미늄화합물에는 하기 구조식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 단위를 가지고 있는 알루미녹산이 포함되며, 여기에서 상기 알루미녹산에는 하기 구조식(Ⅲ)으로 표시되는 사슬상의 알루미녹산 및 하기 구조식(Ⅳ)로 표시되는 환상의 알루미녹산이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-방향족 비닐 화합물-비닐 노보넨 삼원공중합체의 제조방법:상기식 (Ⅱ)∼(Ⅳ)에서, R은 수소, C1~5의 알킬기 또는 C1~6의 아릴기이며 각각 동일하거나 다를 수 있고, m 및 n은 2∼100의 정수임.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 비배위 루이스 산은 N,N-디메틸 아닐린 테트라키스(펜타플루오로페닐) 보레이트, 트리페닐 카베니움 테트라키스(펜타플루오로페닐)보레이트, 페로세리움 테트라키스(펜타플루오로페닐) 보레이트, 및 트리스(펜타플루오로페닐) 보레이트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되고; 상기 알킬알루미늄이 트리메틸 알루미늄, 트리에틸 알루미늄, 디에틸알루미늄 클로라이드, 디메틸알루미늄 클로라이드, 트리이소부틸 알루미늄, 디이소부틸알루미늄 클로라이드, 트리(n-부틸)알루미늄, 트리(n-프로필)알루미늄, 및 트리이소프로필 알루미늄으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-방향족 비닐화합물-비닐노보넨 삼원 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 하기 구조식(Ⅰ)으로 표현되는 전이금속 화합물 및 조촉매를 이용하여, 에틸렌 50∼90 mol%, 방향족 비닐 화합물 1∼55 mol% 및 비닐 노보넨 0.01∼10 mol%로 공중합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-방향족 비닐 화합물-비닐 노보넨 삼원공중합체:상기 식에서, M은 ⅣB족인 티타늄, 지르코늄 또는 하프늄이고;Cp1은 치환기를 갖지 않는 시클로펜타디에닐기, 환 구조를 갖지 않는 알킬 치환기 1∼4개를 갖는 시클로펜타디에닐기, 치환기를 갖거나 또는 갖지 않는 인데닐기, 또는 치환기를 갖거나 혹은 갖지 않는 플루오레닐기이고;Y는 C1∼10의 디알킬실릴렌, 알킬렌, 아릴렌 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어질 수 있고;A는 C1∼30의 알킬 또는 알킬아미도, 혹은 Cp1과 같은 시클로펜타디에닐기의 유도체이고;X는 수소, 염소 및 브롬과 같은 할로겐, 메틸 및 에틸과 같은 알킬, 페닐과 같은 아릴기 또는 디엔으로부터 선택되고; 그리고여기에서 A가 Cp1유도체인 경우 전이금속 착물은 라세믹 구조를 가질 수 있으며, d-form이나l-form이 사용 가능함.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 비닐 노보넨 공단량체로부터 기인하는 말단 이중결합이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-방향족 비닐 화합물-비닐 노보넨 삼원공중합체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 삼원공중합체는 트리메틸실란을 기준으로 한 13C NMR 측정에서 112 및 114 ppm 부근의 말단이중결합에서 기인하는 피크가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-방향족 비닐 화합물-비닐 노보넨 삼원공중합체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 삼원공중합체는 FT-IR 분석을 통해 1636 및 995cm-1에서 각각의 말단 이중결합인 C=C 및 =C-H로 인한 신장 밴드(stretching band)가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-방향족 비닐 화합물-비닐 노보넨 삼원공중합체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 삼원공중합체의 중량평균분자량이 5,000 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-방향족 비닐 화합물-비닐 노보넨 삼원공중합체.
