Description
Claims (7)
- 자동차의 보디내의 개구의 모서리상에 형성된 플랜지상에 장착되는 웰트부 (11)와, 웰트부 (11)의 외부측벽으로부터 돌출하는 밀봉부 (12)및 판을 펀칭함으로써 형성되고 웰트부 (11)내에 매립되는 심재 (20)를 포함하여 구성되며, 심재 (20)가 소정의 간격 (L)을 두고 떨어져 있는 다수개의 위치 (A)에서 파단되는 파단부 (Z)를 가지는 일체형 구조로 형성된 웨더 스트립 (10).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 심재 (20)가 피시본(fish-bone) 형 심재인 웨더 스트립.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 심재 (20)가 마름모형 심재인 웨더 스트립.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 심재 (20)가 라스(lath)형 심재인 웨더 스트립.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 파단부(Z)는 자동차의 보디내의 개구의 모서리의 하부를 따라 연장되는 플랜지의 하부에 대응하는 웨더 스트립의 일부에 있는 웨더 스트립.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 파단부 (Z)는 자동차의 보디내의 개구의 모서리의 상부를 따라 연장되는 플랜지의 상부에 대응하는 웨더 스트립의 일부에 있는 웨더 스트립.
- 지지프레임 (40)상의 베어링내에서 회전하도록 지지되며 일렬로 배치되어 구부러지는 파단부 (Z)내의 위치에 대응하는 위치 (A)에서 심재(20)가 파단되도톡 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 파단부 (Z)내에서 간격(L)을 두고 떨어진 위치 (A)에서 제 1 항 내지 제 6항의 어느 한 항에 가시된 웨더 스트립 (10)의 심재 (20)를 부분적으로 파단하는 방법.
