Claims (9)
- 서로 마주보는 기판사이에 끼여 이들 기판상의 전도성 패드들과 전기 접속하는 전기 커넥터에 있어서,상기 각 기판과 마주하는 두 면(22, 24) 및 이들 두 면(22, 24)을 관통하여 형성된 컨택트 압입공(26, 28)을 가지는 절연 하우징(20), 및 상기 컨택트 압입공(26, 28)에 각기 배치되는 것으로 각기 접촉부(54, 58)를 가진 전기 컨택트(50, 52)를 포함하고,상기 컨택트 압입공(26, 28)의 내부에는 직선형태의 전기 컨택트(50, 52)가, 그의 중앙부는 절연 하우징의 내부에 고정된 상태로 그리고 그의 접촉부(54, 58)는 중앙부로부터 절연 하우징(20)의 각 면(22, 24)을 지나 연장하는 상태로 삽입되고,상기 접촉부(54, 58)는 각 면(22, 24)을 따라 만곡ㆍ연장되어서 각 기판상의 전도성 패드와 전기 접속하도록 되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 컨택트 압입공(26, 28)은 상기 절연 하우징의 각 측면을 따라 열을 지어 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 절연 하우징(20)의 일측을 지나는 컨택트 압입공(26)은 상기 절연 하우징(20)의 타측을 지나는 컨택트 압입공(28)에 대하여 옵셋되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 전기 컨택트(50)의 접촉부(58)는 일방향으로 두 면(22, 24)을 따라 연장되고, 전기 컨택트(52)의 접촉부(54)는 상기 일방향으로부터 반대되는 방향으로 두 면(22, 24)을 따라 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 절연 하우징(20)에는 결합부(40, 42)가 제공되어서 접촉부(54, 58)와 같이 두 면(22, 24)을 따라 휘어져 연장하도록 접촉부에 대하여 받침대 역할을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 절연 하우징(20)에는 위치 조정용 보스(30)와 가요성 레그(32)가 제공되어 기판상에 커넥터가 제 위치에 놓여지도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 서로 마주보는 기판 사이에 끼여 이들 기판을 전기접속시키는 것으로써, 상기 각 기판과 마주하는 두 면(22, 24) 및 접촉부(54, 58)를 가지면서 내부에 고정되어 기판상의 전도성 패드와 전기 접속하도록 한 전기 컨택트(50, 52)를 가지는 절연 하우징(20)을 포함하는 전기 커넥터에 있어서,절연 하우징(20)의 두 면(22, 24)를 통해 연장하는 적어도 1열의 컨택트 압입공(26, 28)을 성형하는 단계;중앙부 및 중앙부로부터 외방으로 연장하는 접촉부를 포함하는 직선형 컨택트(50, 52)를 형성하는 단계;직선형 컨택트(50, 52)를 그의 중앙부가 절연 하우징의 압입부에 압입되고 접촉부는 절연 하우징의 두 면(22, 24)으로부터 외방으로 연장되도록 컨택트 압입공(26, 28)에 삽입시키는 단계; 및접촉부(54, 58)를 기판상의 전도성 패드와 탄성 전기접속 가능하도록 두 면(22, 24)을 따라 연장 만곡시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 절연 하우징(20)에 다른 열의 컨택트 압입공(26, 28)을 형성하여 일측열의 컨택트 압입공(26)으로부터 외방으로 연장되는 접촉부가 일방향으로 두 면(22, 24)을 따라 만곡되도록 하고, 타측 열의 컨택트 압입공(28)으로부터 외방으로 연장되는 접촉부는 상기 일방향에 반대되는 방향으로 두 면(22, 24)을 따라 만곡되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터 제조방법.
- 제 7항 또는 제 8항에 있어서,상기 컨택트 압입공(26, 28)에 인접한 절연 하우징에 상기 접촉부가 구부러지는 것에 대하여 지렛대 역할하는 결합부(40, 42)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터 제조방법.
