Claims (2)
- 소음기, 열교환기 및 청정기 등에 이용되는 개포형 금속포움에 있어서,50 ~ 98% 범위의 기공율을 갖는 3차원 네트구조로 되어 외측, 표면에 액체상태의 폴리우레탄수지가 도착된 폴리우레탄포움에 구리 및 니켈 또는 티타늄분말체 중 어느 하나의 금속분말체를 선택하여 도착한 후 건조시키는 도착공정과;상기 금속분말체가 도착된 폴리우레탄포움을 상기 도착공정에서 사용된 동일한 금속분말체 100중량%에 대해 수용성인 PVA바인더 10-50중량%, 에틸알코올(ethyl alcohol) 10중량%가 혼합된 슬러리에 함침하여 표면에 슬러리가 도착되도록 한 후, 잉여 슬러리를 제거하여 슬러리가 도착된 고분자 수지 포움을 50 ~ 150℃ 온도분위기에서 3시간 이상 건조하는 포움(preform)제조공정과;상기 포움제조공정을 거친 포움을 가열로의 챔버 내에 위치시킨 후 그 내부에 공기를 연속적으로 주입하면서 300 ~ 600℃까지 가열하여 최고온도에서 1 ~ 5시간 유지시킨 후 공냉을 거쳐 우레탄 및 PVA바인더 등의 열 분해성 유기성분을 제거하는 산화공정과;상기 산화공정에서 산화된 금속분말체를 수소와 아르곤의 혼합가스가 연속적으로 흐르는 환원성 분위기의 챔버 내에서 300 ~ 800℃의 열을 가해 환원 처리한 후 800 ~ 1000℃ 온도분위기에서 3 ~ 6시간 유지하여 소결시키는 환원 및 분말소결공정을 특징으로 하는 개포형 금속포움의 제조방법.
