Description
Claims (13)
- 붕소, 티타늄, 지르코늄 및/또는 하프늄 원소의 플루오르화 착물을 기준으로, 100 내지 400 ppm 의 상기 원소의 플루오르화 착물,100 내지 2,000 ppm 의 비이온성 계면 활성제,100 내지 1,000 ppm 의 부식 방지제 및나머지로서, 알루미늄 이온, 히드록시카르복실산 및 가용화제에서 선택된 다른 활성 성분 또는 보조제의 수용액, 혹은 물을 함유하고 있으며 pH 값이 3 내지 6 인, 주석 도금된 강철의 세정, 부식 방지 및/또는 래커 접착성 개선을 위한 수용액.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 용액이150 내지 300 ppm 의 붕소, 티타늄, 지르코늄 및/또는 하프늄 원소의 플루오르화 착물,50 내지 300 ppm 의 알루미늄 이온 및300 내지 1,000 ppm 의 비이온성 계면활성제와,200 내지 700 ppm 의 부식 방지제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용액.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 용액이, 추가적인 활성 성분 또는 보조제로서,분자내에 4 내지 7 개의 탄소 원자를 함유하고 히드록실기와 카르복실기의 합이 3 개 이상인, 1 종 이상의 일염기, 이염기 또는 삼염기 히드록시카르복실산을 200 내지 800 ppm 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용액.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 히드록시카르복실산이 6 개의 탄소원자와 4 개 이상의 히드록실기를 함유하고 있는 일염기 또는 이염기 히드록시카르복실산에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용액.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 붕소 및 지르코늄의 플루오르화 착물을 4:1 내지 1:1 의 중량비로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용액.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 비이온성 계면활성제가,10 내지 18 개의 탄소 원자 및알카놀 에톡실레이트의 경우에는 4 내지 12 개의 에틸렌 옥시드기를그리고 알카놀 에톡실레이트/프로폭실레이트의 경우에는 3 내지 7 개의 에틸렌 옥시드기와 2 내지 6 개의 프로필렌 옥시드기를 함유하는알카놀 에톡실레이트 및 알카놀 에톡실레이트/프로폭실레이트로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용액.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 부식 방지제가 모노-, 디- 또는 트리에탄올아민, 방향족 카르복실산, 피리딘 또는 피리미딘 유도체, 및 디에틸 티오우레아로부터 선택되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용액.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 주석 도금된 강철로 만든 식품 또는 음료캔의 세정, 부식 방지 및/또는 래커 접착성 개선을 위한 수용액.
- 주석 도금된 강철로 만든 식품 또는 음료 캔의 세정, 부식 방지 및/또는 래커 접착성 개선을 위한 방법으로서,50 내지 70 ℃ 에서 30 내지 150 초간 상기 캔을 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 수용액으로 분무하거나 상기 수용액에 담그어 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 붕소, 티타늄, 지르코늄 및/또는 하프늄 원소의 플루오르화 착물을 기준으로, 상기 원소의 플루오르화 착물 150 내지 300 ppm,알루미늄 이온 50 내지 300 ppm 및비이온성 계면활성제 300 내지 1,000 ppm 과,부식 방지제 200 내지 700 ppm 및나머지로서, 히드록실카르복시산 및 가용화제에서 선택된 다른 활성 성분 또는 보조제의 수용액, 혹은 물을 함유하고 있으며 pH 값이 3 내지 6 인,주석 도금된 강철용 세정 수용액.
- 붕소, 티타늄, 지르코늄 및/또는 하프늄 원소의 플루오르화 착물을 기준으로, 상기 원소의 플루오르화 착물 1.5 내지 3 중량%,알루미늄 이온 0.5 내지 3 중량% 및비이온성 계면활성제 3 내지 10 중량%,부식 방지제 1.5 내지 5 중량% 및나머지로서, 히드록시카르복실산 및 가용화제에서 선택된 다른 활성 성분 또는 보조제의 수용액, 혹은 물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는,물로 희석함으로써 제 10 항에 따른 세정 수용액을 제조하기 위한 수성 농축물.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 추가적인 활성 성분 또는 보조제로서,분자내에 4 내지 7 개의 탄소 원자를 함유하고 히드록실기와 카르복실기의 합이 3 개 이상인, 1종 이상의 일염기, 이염기 또는 삼염기 히드록시카르복실산을 2 내지 8 중량% 로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 농축물.
- 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서, 1 내지 10 중량% 의 가용화제를 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 농축물.
