Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 감광매체로 광을 주사하여 화상신호에 대응되는 정전잠상을 형성하는 레이저스캐닝 유니트에 있어서,소정 길이를 가지는 긴 원통형상을 가지며, 광을 방출하는 광원과;상기 광원 주위를 감싸도록 설치되며, 그 광원에서 방출되는 광을 소정 방향으로 집속하는 반사부재와;상기 반사부재에 의해 집속된 광을 상기 감광매체 쪽으로 반사시키는 마이크로미러 어레이와;상기 마이크로미러 어레이를 상기 화상신호에 대응하여 구동시키는 구동제어부와;상기 마이크로렌즈 어레이와 상기 감광매체 사이의 광경로 사이에 설치되며, 상기 마이크로 어레이에서 반사된 광을 상기 감광매체 표면으로 결상시키는 마이크로렌즈 어레이;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 스캐닝 유니트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 마이크로렌즈 어레이를 경유하지 않고 상기 감광매체로 향하는 불필요한 광을 차단하도록 상기 감광매체 외측에 설치되는 차단부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 스캐닝 유니트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광원은 감광매체에 형성되는 화상의 인쇄폭 이상의 길이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 스캐닝 유니트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광원은 형광등인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 스캐닝 유니트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광원은 할로겐등인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 스캐닝 유니트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 마이크로미러 어레이는 해상도에 정의된 수의 마이크로미러로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 스캐닝 유니트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 마이크로렌즈 어레이는 해상도에 정의된 수의 마이크로렌즈로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 스캐닝 유니트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 구동수단은 상기 마이크로미러 어레이를 모두 동시에 또는 소정 블록단위로 구동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 스캐닝 유니트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 마이크로미러 어레이와 상기 마이크로렌즈 어레이는 각각 2열 이상으로설치되어, 복수열을 동시에 인쇄가능하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 스캐닝 유니트.
