Claims (6)
- 도체(5);상기 도체(5)를 감싸는, 가교 폴리올레핀 (crosslinked polyolefin), 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트(polybuthylene terephthalate)와 열가소성 폴리에스터계 공중합체(polyester copolymer)를 블랜드한 메트릭스 수지로 구성되는 1차 절연체(1); 및상기 1차 절연체(1)를 감싸는 열가소성 폴리에스터계 공중합체(polyester copolymer)로 구성되는 2차 절연체(3);로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 2중 박육 절연 전선(7).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 폴리에스터계 공중합체(polyester copolymer)는 코폴리에테르-에스터 수지 (co-poly(ether-ester) resin), 코폴리에스터-에스터 수지(co-poly(ester-ester) resin)를 단독 혹은 2종 이상 혼합하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2중 박육 절연 전선(7).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 폴리에스터계 공중합체(polyester copolymer)에 대하여 올레핀 공중합체(olefinic copolymer)와 변성올레핀 공중합체(modified olefinic copolymer)를 혼합하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2중 박육 절연 전선(7).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 폴리에스터계 공중합체(polyester copolymer)에 대하여 수산화마그네슘, 멜라민 시아누레이트를 단독 혹은 혼합하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2중 박육 절연 전선(7).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가교 폴리올레핀(crosslinked polyolefin)은 난 할로겐 (non halogen)으로 난연시킨 조성물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2중 박육 절연 전선(7).
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 스테아릭산, 올레익산, 아미노 실란, 스테아릭산/실란, 비닐실란, 고분자 물질 중 택일된 것으로 상기 수산화마그네슘의 표면을 처리한 것으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2중 박육 절연 전선(7).
