Claims (4)
- 피검관을 투과하여 원거리 영역의 관 내부에서 자계가 탐지될 수 있도록 저주파 교류 전원으로 구동되는 여자기 코일부 및 탐지 코일부와;상기 탐지 코일부에서 발생된 신호가 주변의 전원 및 기타 잡음과 상호 간섭하지 않도록 탐지 코일부 가까이에 위치하여 탐지 신호를 증폭시키는 역할을 하는 프리 앰프와;상기 여자기 코일부에 충분한 전원을 가하기 위하여 정현파 신호를 발생시키는 파형 발생기와;상기 파형발생기에 맞물려서 요구되는 전원으로 파형을 증폭시키는 양극성 전원 공급/앰프와;상기 파형 발생기 및 프리 앰프로부터 출력되는 탐지 신호의 크기를 측정하는 위상 판별 증폭부와;상기 위상판별 증폭부로부터 측정되어 출력되는 신호를 저장하고 처리하는 소프트웨어가 탑재되어 피검관의 결함 등에 대한 정량적인 평가를 수행하는 메인 컴퓨터와;상기 원거리 와전류 검사 도구를 관내로 이동시키는 이동부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비파괴식 이중관 검사 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 여자기 코일부와 탐지 코일부는 내경의 1.5배 정도되는 길이를 유지하도록 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비파괴식 이중관 검사 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 여자기 코일부는 No. 20 구리선을 50회 내외 감은 여자기를 사용하고 탐지 코일부는 No. 47 구리선을 5000회 감은 코일을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비파괴식 이중관 검사 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이동부는 바퀴, 와이어, 막대, 견인용 관내 주행 로봇 중 어느 하나를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비파괴식 이중관 검사 장치.
