Claims (34)
- 포스페이트, 포스포실리케이트, 실리케이트, 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 최소한 하나의 억제제;티타네이트, 아연염 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 최소한 하나의 억제제;상기 억제제를 금속 표면 근처에 위치시킬 수 있는 상기 억제제 캐리어를 포함하는 금속표면에 대한 비크롬산염 부식억제 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 붕산염을 추가로 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 붕산염이 붕산을 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 붕산이 건조필름의 최대 10부피%까지를 차지하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 숙신산염을 추가로 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 숙신산염이 황함유 숙신산염을 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 숙신산염이 (2-벤조티아졸릴티오)숙신산, (2-벤조티아졸릴티오)숙신산의 지방 아민염, 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 화합물을 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 숙신산염이 건조필름의 최대 10부피%까지를 차지하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 포스페이트가 수소 포스페이트(hydrogen phosphate)를 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 수소 포스페이트가 칼슘 2수소 포스페이트, 암모늄 2 수소 포스페이트, 나트륨 2수소 포스페이트, 칼륨 2수소 포스페이트 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 화합물을 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 수소 포스페이트가 디칼륨 1수소 포스페이트(dipotassium monohydrogen phosphate)를 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 수소 포스페이트가 건조필름의 최대 10부피%까지를 차지하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 포스페이트가 피로인산염을 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 피로인산염이 나트륨 피로인산염을 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 포스포실리케이트가 칼슘, 스트론튬 포스포실리케이트; 칼슘, 스트론튬, 아연 포스포실리케이트; 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 화합물을 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 포스포실리케이트가 건조필름의 최대 25부피%까지를 차지하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 실리케이트가 오르토실리케이트를 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 오르토실리케이트가 테트라소듐 오르토실리케이트를 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 티타네이트가 알카리성 타타늄 산화물을 포함하는코팅 조성물.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 티타늄 산화물이 나트륨 티타늄 산화물을 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 상기 나트륨 티타늄 산화물이 건조필름의 최대 10부피%를 차지하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 아연염이 아연 포스페이트, 아연 시안나미스 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 화합물을 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 22 항에 있어서, 상기 아연염이 건조피름의 최대 15부피%를 차지하는 코팅 조성물.
- 억제제를 함유한 금속 표면에 대한 비크롬산염 부식억제 코팅조성물에 있어서, 상기 억제제가붕산, 디포타슘 1수소 포스페이트, 칼슘 2수소 포스페이트; 암모늄 2수소 포스페이트; 나트륨 2수소 포스페이트, 칼륨 2수소 포스페이트; 나트륨 피로포스페이트; 칼슘, 스트론튬 포스포실리케이트; 칼슘, 스트론튬, 아연 포스포실리케이트; 테트라나트륨 오르토실리케이트 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 최소한 하나의 화합물;나트륨 티타늄 산화물;아연 포스페이트, 아연 시안아미드 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 최소한 하나의 화합물;상기 억제제를 금속 표면근처에 위치시킬 수 있는 억제제용 캐리어를 포함하는 금속 표면에 대한 비크롬산염 부식억제 코팅 조성물.
- 제 24 항에 있어서, (2-벤조티아졸릴티오)숙신산, (2-벤조티아졸릴티오)숙신산의 지방 아민염, 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 화합물을 추가로 포함하는 비크롬산염 부식억제 코팅 조성물.
- 제 24 항에 있어서, 상기 억제제가 건조필름의 3∼40부피%를 차지하는 비크롬산염 부식억제 코팅 조성물.
- 억제제를 함유하는 금속표면에 대한 비크롬산염 부식억제 코팅 조성물에 있어서, 상기 억제제가붕산, 칼슘 2수소 포스페이트 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 화합물;칼슘, 스트론튬 포스포실리케이트, 칼슘, 스트론튬, 아연 포스포실리케이트 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 화합물;(2-벤조티아졸릴티오)숙신산, (2-벤조티아졸릴티오)숙신산의 지방 아민염, 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 화합물;나트륨 티타늄 산화물;아연 포스페이트, 아연시안아미드, 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 화합물; 및상기 억제제를 상기 금속 표면근처에 위치시킬 수 있는 억제제용 캐리어를 포함하는 금속표면에 대한 비크롬산염 부식억제 코팅 조성물.
- 제 27 항에 있어서, 상기 붕산이 건조필름의 0.3∼10부피%인 비크롬산염 부식억제 코팅 조성물.
- 제 27 항에 있어서, 상기 칼슘 2수소 포스페이트가 건조필름의 0.3∼10부피%인 비크롬산염 부식억제 코팅 조성물.
- 제 27 항에 있어서, 상기 포스포실리케이트가 건조필름의 0.3∼25부피%인 비크롬산염 부식억제 코팅 조성물.
- 제 27 항에 있어서, 상기 황함유 숙신산염 화합물이 건조필름의 0.3∼10부피%인 비크롬산염 부식억제 코팅 조성물.
- 제 27 항에 있어서, 상기 나트륨 티타늄 산화물이 건조 필름의 1∼10부피%인 비크롬산염 부식억제 코팅 조성물.
- 제 27 항에 있어서, 상기 아연 화합물이 건조필름의 1∼15부피%인 비크롬산염 부식억제 코팅 조성물.
- 포스페이트, 포스포실리케이트 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 억제제;티타네이트, 아연염 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 억제제; 및상기 억제제를 상기 금속표면 근처에 위치시킬 수 있는 억제제용 캐리어를 포함하며, 크롬산염을 함유하지 않는 코팅 조성물로 금속표면을 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는 금속표면의 부식억제방법.
