Claims (3)
- Al과 Si의 혼합분말, Al-Si게 합금분말, Al과 Si의 혼합분말을 포함한 Al-Si제 합금분말, Si 분말의 그룹으로부터 선택된 납땝용 급속분말로 된 제1 분말과, Zn 분말 또는 Zn 합금분말로 된 제2 분말을 혼합하여 혼합분말을 형성하는 단계:상기 혼합분말을 알루미늄재의 표면에 용사하되, 제2 분말은 용융시키고 제1 분말은 고체상태 또는 표면부만을 용융시킨 상태로 용사하는 단계:용융응고된 Zn 또는 Zn 합금 내부에 다수의 입자형 비용융조직의 납땜용 금속이 분산되어 있는 용사층을 상기 알루미늄재의 표면에 형성하는 단계:를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 납땝용 부식방지 알루미늄재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1분말과 제2분말이 중량비로 30:70 내지 95:5인 것을 특징으로 하는 납땜용 부식방지 알루미늄재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1분말과 제2분말의 혼합분말에 불화물계 용제분말이 더 혼합되고, 상기 제1분말과 제2분말의 합계와 용제분말이 중량비로 95:5 내지 60:40인 것을 특징으로 하는 납땜용 부식방지 알루미늄재료의 제조방법.
