Claims (1)
- 실린더(1b) 하부가 휠측에 결합되고 실린더로드(1a)가 차체측에 결합된 쇽압소버(1)와, 상기 실린더(1b) 상측에 접속된 유압라인에 유입측이 접속된 몸체 내부에 설치되는 로드(6a)의 타측에 스프링(8)이 설치되고 이 스프링에 접하여 이동부재(21)가 설치되는 한편 로드(6a)의 선단부에 해당되는 몸체상에 배출구(S)가 형성된 메인밸브(6)와, 상기 실린더(1b)의 하부에 접속된 유압라인에 접속되는 어큐뮬레이터(4)와, 이 어큐뮬레이터에 접속되어 메인밸브(6)의 배출구(S)측에 분기되는 유압라인에 접속되는 제 2솔레노이드밸브(12)와, 이 제 2솔레노이드밸브(12)의 배출측에 접속되어 메인밸브(6)의 이동부재(21)측으로 분기 접속되는 유압라인에 입력측이 접속되어 배출측이 상기 실린더(1b)의 상측에 접속되는 밸브와, 차체에 가해지는 노면과의 가속도에 의해 주파수를 감지할 수 있도록 구성된 가속도감지부(14)를 포함하여 구성된 차량의 쇽업소버장치에 있어서,상기 제 2솔레노이드밸브(12)의 배출측에 접속되는 밸브가 제 1솔레노이드밸브로 구성되고,상기 가속도감지부(14)에서 감지된 차량의 가속도에 따른 주파수에 대응하여 메인밸브 내부에 오일의 유입을 제어할 수 있도록 상기 제 1 및 제 2솔레노이드밸브를 구동시키는 상기 제 1 및 2솔레노이드밸브구동부(22,30)와,상기 가속도감지부(14)에서 감지된 차량의 가속도에 따른 주파수에 대응된 상기 쇽업소버의 이득값이 저장되어 있는 데이터저장부(32) 및,상기 가속도감지부(14)에서 감지된 차량의 가속도에 따른 주파수를 연산하고 그에 해당하는 이득값을 상기 데이터저장부(32)로부터 독취하여 연산함으로써 그 결과치를 바탕으로 상기 가속도감지부(14)에서 감지된 차량의 가속도에 따른 주파수가 고주파일때는 상기 쇽업소버의 댐핑 가변범위의 상한치가 상향조정될 수 있도록 상기 로드(6a)가 a방향으로 이동되게 제 1 및 제 2솔레노이드밸브(12)(11)가 작동되고, 그 주파수가 저주파일때는 상기 쇽업소버의 댐핑 가변범위의 하한치가 하향조정될 수 있도록 상기 로드(6a)가 b방향으로 이동되게 제 1 및 제 2솔레노이드밸브(12)(11)를 작동시키는 제어신호를 발생하여 상기 제 1 및 2솔레노이드밸브구동부(22,30)에 인가하는 제어부(34)를 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 쇽업소버의 댐핑특성조절장치.
