Claims (20)
- (a) 하나 이상의 용융 가공된 폴리올레핀 중합체 또는 하나 이상의 용매 분산된 폴리올레핀 중합체, 또는 이들 둘 다로 이루어진 투명한 상부 마모층,(b) 하나 이상의 폴리올레핀 중합체로 이루어지고 상기 투명한 상부 마모층 아래에 삽입된, 용매 분산되거나 용융 가공된 인쇄층, 및(c) 인쇄층 아래에 삽입된 임의적인 용융 가공된 폴리올레핀 중합체 또는 직물 중간 강화층을 포함하는 상부층을 포함하되,상기 투명한 상부 마모층 및 인쇄층이 총 50 내지 800㎛의 두께를 갖고, 상기 임의 중간층이 5 내지 500㎛의 두께를 가지며,상기 상부층이 라텍스 조성물, 하나 이상의 폴리올레핀 중합체의 용융 가공된 폴리올레핀 조성물 또는 하나 이상의 폴리올레핀 중합체의 용매 분산된 폴리올레핀 조성물로 이루어진 발포 지지층과 일체화되고,상기 투명한 마모층, 인쇄층, 존재하는 경우, 임의의 중간 강화층 및 발포 지지층의 군중 하나 이상의 층의 1종 이상의 폴리올레핀 중합체가, 1000개의 탄소원자당 0.01 내지 3개의 장측쇄; 및(i) 5.63이상의 용융 유동 비율, I10/I2; (ii) 겔 투과 크로마토그래피로서 측정되고 수학식 (Mw/Mn) ≤ (I10/I2) - 4.63으로 정의되는 분자량 분포; (iii) 실질적으로 선형인 에틸렌 중합체의 표면 용융 파단의 개시시의 임계 전단 속도가 선형 에틸렌 중합체의 표면 용융 파단의 개시시의 임계 전단 속도보다 50% 이상 더 크고, 실질적으로 선형인 에틸렌 중합체 및 선형 에틸렌 중합체가 동일한 공단량체 또는 공단량체들을 포함하고, 선형 에틸렌 중합체가 실질적으로 선형인 에틸렌 중합체의 10%이내의 밀도, I2및 Mw/Mn을 갖고, 실질적으로 선형인 에틸렌 중합체 및 선형 에틸렌 중합체의 개별적인 임계 전단 속도가 기체 압출 유동계를 이용하여 동일한 용융 온도에서 측정되는 기체 압출 유동학; (iv) -30 내지 150℃에서 단일 차동 주사 열량계(DSC) 용융 피크, 및 (v) 약 50% 이상의 단쇄 측쇄화 분포 지수를 가짐을 특징으로하는 실질적으로 선형인 에틸렌 중합체이거나, 3미만의 분자량 분포 및 50% 이상의 단쇄 측쇄화 분포 지수를 가짐을 특징으로하는 동종 측쇄화 선형 에틸렌 중합체인다층 탄성 쿠션 발포 바닥 또는 벽 피복재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상부층이 발포 라텍스 조성물과 일체화된 다층 피복재.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,발포 라텍스 조성물이 카복실화 중합체를 포함하는 다층 피복재.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,카복실화 중합체가 스티렌계 중합체인 다층 피복재.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,스티렌계 중합체가 스티렌 부타디엔 공중합체인 다층 피복재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상부층이 발포 라텍스 조성물 또는 발포 용매 분산된 조성물과 일체화되고, 선택된 발포 조성물이 화학적 발포제 또는 휘발성 물질을 함유하는 미세구를 포함하거나 이들을 둘 다 포함하는 다층 피복재.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,화학적 발포제가 아조디카본아미드이고, 휘발성 화합물이 이소부탄인 다층 피복재.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,발포 라텍스 조성물이 에폭시 수지로 가교결합된 다층 피복재.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,발포 라텍스 조성물이 하나 이상의 유기 또는 중합체성 충전제와 배합된 다층 피복재.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,하나 이상의 충전제가 고밀도 폴리에틸렌인 다층 피복재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,투명한 상부 마모층의 하나 이상의 폴리올레핀 중합체가,(a) 5.63이상의 용융 유동 비율, I10/I2; (b) 겔 투과 크로마토그래피로서 측정되고 수학식 (Mw/Mn) ≤ (I10/I2) - 4.63으로 정의되는 분자량 분포; (c) 실질적으로 선형인 에틸렌 중합체의 표면 용융 파단의 개시시의 임계 전단 속도가 선형 에틸렌 중합체의 표면 용융 파단의 개시시의 임계 전단 속도보다 50% 이상 더 크고, 실질적으로 선형인 에틸렌 중합체 및 선형 에틸렌 중합체가 동일한 공단량체(들)을 포함하고, 선형 에틸렌 중합체가 실질적으로 선형인 에틸렌 중합체의 10% 이내의 I2및 Mw/Mn을 갖고, 실질적으로 선형인 에틸렌 중합체 및 선형 에틸렌 중합체의 개별적인 임계 전단 속도가 기체 압출 유동계를 이용하여 동일한 용융 온도에서 측정되는 기체 압출 유동학; (d) -30 내지 150℃에서 단일 차동 주사 열량계(DSC) 용융 피크, 및 (e) 약 50% 이상의 단쇄 측쇄화 분포 지수를 가짐을 특징으로하는 실질적으로 선형인 에틸렌 중합체이거나, 3미만의 분자량 분포 및 50% 이상의 단쇄 측쇄화 분포 지수를 가짐을 특징으로하는 균일 측쇄화 선형 에틸렌 중합체인 다층 피복재.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,균일 측쇄화 선형 에틸렌 중합체가 또한 -30 내지 150℃에서 단일 차동 주사 열량계(DSC) 용융 피크를 가짐을 특징으로하는 균일 측쇄화 선형 에틸렌 중합체인 다층 피복재.
