Description
Claims (10)
- 슬래그로부터 선철 또는 강 및 시멘트 클링커를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 제강소 슬래그 등의 산화철 함유 액체 슬래그가 철광석, 기초광석, 압연기 광재 또는 야금학적 먼지 등의 산화철 캐리어 및 석회와 혼합되고, 형성된 페라이트 슬래그 (10) 는 탄소의 연소중에 철옥 (11) 과 소결상 (12) 의 형성하에서 환원 반응기 (9) 내에서 환원되고, 그후에 소결상 (12) 이 클링커로서 방출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬래그로부터 선철 또는 강 및 시멘트 클링커를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 환원은 Fe2O3함량이 3 내지 12 중량 % 사이에 도달할 때 까지 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항또는제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 클링커가 산화분위기에서 재소결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 철, 특히 적철광이 15 내지 30 중량 % 의 양으로 변환 슬래그 또는 LD 슬래그에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 초기 슬래그 양에 기초하여 7 내지 15 중량% 의 양으로 석회가 사용되는것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 석회 배치를 첨가하기 전에 액체 장입 슬래그와 광석의 혼합물이 침전처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 페라이트 슬래그 (10)를 철욕 반응기 (9) 안으로 도입하기 전에 장입 슬래그, 산화철 캐리어 및 석회의 혼합물이 균질화를 위해 10 분 이상의 시간에 걸쳐 1450℃ 이상, 바람직하게는 1500℃ 의 온도에서 유지되는것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 페라이트 슬래그 (10) 의 Fe2O3와의 반응에 의한 직접 환원과, 산소 또는 공기를 철욕 안으로 취입함에 의한 CO 의 형성하에서의 간접 환원의 양자에 의해 환원 반응기 (9) 내에서의 탄소의 연소가 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 취입되는 공기 또는 산소량은 간접환원 비율이 10 과 20 % 사이 특히, 약 15 % 를 구성하고, 직접환원의 비율이 80 내지 90 % 특히, 약 85 % 를 구성하도록 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 환원 반응기 (9)내에 형성된 가열 가스는 클링커 냉각기로부터의 고온 배기에 의해 사후연소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
