Claims (21)
- 기판과, 이 기판상에 형성된 흑색패턴을 구비하는 블랙매트릭스 기판으로서,상기 흑색패턴은 패턴형상으로 형성된 수지로 이루어지는 수지패턴중에 최소한 금속입자를 함유하고,상기 금속입자는 입경 5~50nm의 범위의 입자가 전입자의 80% 이상인 입경 분포를 가지고,상기 흑색패턴에 있어서의 상기 금속입자의 600Å두께 환산의 투영면적 밀도가 60% 이상이고,광학농도가 1.5 이상인 블랙매트릭스기판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속입자는 Ni, Co, Fe, Cr, Cu, Pd, Au, Pt, Sn 및 Zn으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 최소한 1종인 블랙매트릭스기판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지패턴은 상기 흑색패턴을 무전해(無電解)도금으로 형성하는 경우의 촉매성분을 함유하는 블랙매트릭스기판.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 촉매성분이 금속화합물이고, 이 금속화합물의 함유율이 0.01~5중량%인 블랙매트릭스기판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속입자는 상기 수지패턴중에 함유되는 촉매성분과 무전해액중의 금속이온을 환원하는 능력을 가진 화원제를 사용한 무전해도금에 의해 촉매성분을 함유하는 수지패턴중에 석출되어 있는 블랙매트릭스기판.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 환원제가 붕소계 화합물 또는 인산계 화합물인 블랙매트릭스기판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지패턴은 X 선 회절법에 의해 측정되는 사이 흑색 패턴형성 전의 X 선 산란강도가 200~580cps/㎛인 폴리비닐알코올을 함휴하는 블랙매트릭스기판.
- 기판과 이 기판상에 형성된 흑색패턴으로 이루어지는 블랙매트릭스기판에 있어서의 흑색패턴 사이에 형성된 복수의 착색패턴으로 이루어지는 착색층과, 이 착색층상에 형성된 투명전극을 가진 컬러필터로서,상기 흑색패턴은 패턴형상으로 형성된 수지로 이루어지는 수지패턴중에 최소한 금속입자를 함유하고,상기 금속입자는 입경 5~50nm의 범위의 입자가 전입자의 80% 이상인 입경 분포를 가지고,상기 흑색패턴에 있어서의 상기 금속입자의 600Å 두께 환산의 투영면적 밀도가 60% 이상이고,상기 블랙매트릭스기판의 광학농도가 1.5이상인 컬러필터.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 금속입자는 Ni,Co,Fe,Cr,Cu,Pd,Au,Pt,Sn 및 Zn으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 최소한 1종인 컬러필터.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 수지패턴은 상기 흑색패턴을 무전해도금으로 형성하는 경우의 촉매성분을 함유하는 컬러필터.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 촉매성분이 금속화합물이고, 이 금속화합물의 함유율이 0.01~5중량%인 컬러필터.

- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 수지패턴은 X 선 회절법에 의해 측정되는 상기 흑색 패턴형성 전의 X선 산란강도가 200~580cps/㎛인 폴리비닐알코올을 함유하는 컬러필터.
- 기판과 이 기판상에 형성된 흑색패턴으로 이루어지는 블랙매트릭스기판과, 이 블랙매트릭스기판에 있어서의 흑색패턴 사이에 형성된 복수의 착색패턴으로 이루어지는 착색층과, 이 착색층상에 형성된 투명전극을 가진 컬러필터와, 기판상에 전극이 형성된 전극기판과, 액정층을 가지며, 상기 컬러필터의 투명전극과 상기 전극 기판의 전극이 대향하여 배치되어 있는 동시에, 이들 전극 사이에 상기 액정층이 배설된 액정디스플레이로서,상기 흑색패턴은 패턴형상으로 형성된 수지로 이루어지는 수지패턴중에 최소한 금속입자를 함유하고,상기 금속입자는 입경 5~50nm의 범위의 입자가 전입자의 80% 이상인 입경 분포를 가지고,상기 흑색패턴에 있어서의 상기 금속입자의 600Å 두께 환산의 투영면적 밀도가 60%이상이고,상기 블랙매트릭스기판의 광학농도가 1.5 이상인 액정디스플레이.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 금속입자는 Ni,Co,Fe,Cr,Cu,Pd,Au,Pt,Sn 및 Zn으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 최소한 1종인 액정디스플레이.
