Description
Claims (6)
- 일단에 대해 타단이 적어도 1회전된 광섬유;자외선 레이저 광원; 및상기 광섬유 위에 정렬되고, 상기 자외선 레이저 광원에서 출력되는 광을 주기적으로 투과시키는 진폭 마스크를 포함함을 특징으로하는 광섬유 격자 제작 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광섬유는상기 광섬유의 일단을 고정하고, 상기 광섬유의 타단을 지지하되 상기 광섬유의 일단에 대해 상기 광섬유의 타단을 적어도 1회 회전시키는 광섬유 홀더를 더 구비함을 특징으로하는 광섬유 격자 제작 장치.
- 광섬유의 양단을 지지하면서 상기 광섬유의 양단을 동일한 속도로 회전시키는 광섬유 홀더;자외선 레이저 광원; 및상기 광섬유 홀더에 의해 회전되고있는 광섬유 위에 정렬되고, 상기 광원에서 출사된 자외선 레이저 광을 상기 광섬유에 주기적으로 통과시키는 진폭 마스크를 포함함을 특징으로하는 장주기 광섬유 격자 제작 장치.
- 자외선 레이저 광원;광섬유 위에 정렬되고, 상기 광원에서 출사된 자외선 레이저 광을 상기 광섬유에 주기적으로 통과시키는 진폭 마스크; 및상기 광섬유를 중심으로 상기 진폭 마스크의 반대편에 위치하여 상기 광섬유를 투과한 광을 반사시키는 반사체를 포함함을 특징으로하는 장주기 광섬유 격자 제작 장치.
- 광섬유에 적어도 1회의 비틀림을 인가하는 단계;비틀어진 광섬유에 소정 주기로 광을 조사하는 단계; 및상기 광섬유의 비틀림을 풀어주는 단계를 포함하여 제작되는 장주기 광섬유 격자.
- 광섬유의 양단을 동일한 속도로 회전시키는 단계; 및회전되는 광섬유에 소정 주기로 광을 조사하는 단계를 포함하여 제작되는 장주기 광섬유 격자.
