Claims (3)
- 함체형상의 하우징(17)과, 상기 하우징의 일측에 형성되어 합성가스의 일부가 유입되는 침강조(20)와, 상기 침강조의 직각방향으로 수평되게 설치되어 집진영역을 형성하는 복수개의 여과포(18)와, 상기 여과포가 수평 설치된 집진영역의 최상측에 역 "V 자 형상으로 설치되어 하우징의 상측으로 유입되는 합성가스의 집진실 진입속도선을 형성하는 유체 유도판(25)과, 상기 집진영역과 격판으로 구획되어 여과포를 통과한 청정공기만을 외부로 배출하는 청정공기 통로(27)와, 상기 청정공기 통로상에 설치되어 여과포를 주기적으로 탈진하는 탈진수단으로 구성된 적어도 1개 이상의 집진실 어셈블리와;적어도 1개 이상의 집진실 어셈블리중 최상측에 위치된 집진실 어셈블리에 결합되고 합성가스 유입구측에서 외측으로 갈수록 좁아지도록 경사면이 형성된 합성가스 흡입다기 뭉치(37)와, 상기 흡입다기 뭉치의 합성가스 유입구측에 수직방향으로 설치된 복수개의 제 1 가이드 패널(39)과, 상기 제 1 가이드 패널과 직교되게 설치되어 합성가스를 집진영역으로 안내하는 제 2 가이드 패널(40)로 구성된 합성가스 분배수단(22)과;상기 집진실 어셈블리중 최하측의 집진실 어셈블리에 결합되어 탈진된 분진을 회수하는 분진 회수수단으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 흡입다기 및 다층형 집진기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,집진실 어셈블리에 설치되어 여과포를 주기적으로 탈진하는 탈진수단은 각 여과포의 일단에 설치된 벤츄리(29)와, 상기 벤츄리에 근접하는 청정공기 통로상에 수직 설치된 블로우 튜브(30)와, 압축공기 공급부에서 공급되는 고압의 공기를 주기적으로 블로우 튜브측으로 공급하는 헤더 파이프(31)와, 상기 헤더 파이프를 통한 고압의 공기 공급을 제어하는 다이아프램 밸브(32)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 흡입다기 및 다층형 집진기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,분진 회수수단을 구성하는 상광 하협된 호퍼(41)의 양측면에 직교된 하우징의 다른면과 틈새가 형성되도록 고정된 격판(44)과, 상기 격판사이에 고정되어 호퍼내에 압력차를 발생시키는 역 "V" 자형상의 분진 비산방지판(45)이 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 흡입다기 및 다층형 집진기.
