Claims (5)
- 금속 집전체를 100 내지 400℃의 온도로 30분 내지 4시간 동안 건조시킨 뒤, 중성 순수 수용액, 산성 수용액 또는 염기성 수용액에서 0 내지 100℃의 온도로 1시간 이하 동안 반응시킨 후, 상온의 순수 수용액으로 세척한 뒤 상온에서 건조시킴으로써 금속의 표면적을 증대시켜 혼합슬러리와의 성형성을 향상시키는, 2차전지의 금속 집전체의 처리 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 금속이 리튬 2차전지의 양극 집전체용 알루미늄이거나 음극 집전체용 구리인 처리 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 산성 수용액이 염산, 인산, 황산, 질산, 초산, 탄산, 삼불화초산, 옥살산, 불산, 붕산, 과염소산 또는 차아염소산이거나 이들의 2이상의 혼합물인 처리 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 염기성 수용액이 수산화칼륨, 수산화나트륨, 암모니아수 또는 수산화리튬이거나 또는 이들의 2 이상의 혼합물인 처리 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항의 방법에 의해 처리된 알루미늄을 양극 집전체로 사용하고, 구리를 음극 집전체로 사용한 리튬 2차전지.
