Claims (2)
- 입력되는 교류전원을 정류하여 직류전압을 출력하는 정류부와; 상기 정류부로부터 직류전압을 입력받아 이를 평활하는 필터부와; 상기 필터부의 평활전압을 입력받아 소정 구동신호에 의해 스위칭 동작하여 공진전압을 제공하는 인버터부와; 상기 인버터부의 공진전압에 의해 발생하는 자장에 의한 전기유도로 조리용기에 와전류를 유도시켜 가열하도록 하는 가열코일과; 상기 인버터의 스위칭동작에 의해 상기 가열코일과 공진하는 제1,제2 공진커패시터와; 입력전류를 검출하는 입력전류검출부와; 상기 인버터부의 다이오드에 흐르는 도통전류를 검출하는 다이오드도통전류검출부와; 상기 입력전류부의 검출신호와 상기 다이오드도통전류검출부의 검출신호를 입력받아 상기 다이오드에 흐르는 도통전류가 최저설정치와 최대설정치 사이에서 동작하도록 제어하는 제어부와; 상기 제어부의 제어신호를 입력받아 그에 따른 스위칭주파수를 발생하는 스위칭주파수발생부와; 상기 스위칭주파수발생부의 스위칭주파수를 입력받아 그에 따른 구동신호를 상기 인버터부의 스위칭소자에 인가하는 드라이브부로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 고출력 유도가열조리기.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 다이오드도통전류검출부는 다이오드도통전류를 검출하기 위해 인버터부의 제2 스위치에 직렬접속된 변류기와; 상기 변류기에 병렬로 접속되어 그 변류기를 리셋시키는 제1 저항 및 제1 커패시터와; 상기 변류기에 직렬로 접속되어 인버터부의 다이오드에 흐르는 전류를 검출하는 제1 다이오드와; 상기 변류기에 병렬로 접속되어 상기 제1 다이오드에 검출된 전류를 전압으로 치환하는 제2 저항 및 제2 커패시터로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 고출력 유도가열조리기.
