Claims (4)
- 기류와 함께 반송되는 필라멘트(A)를 분산시켜 이동포집면(14)위로 송출하는 부직포 제조용 필라멘트 분산 장치이고, 상기 필라멘트 분산 장치는 상부에 필라멘트군 입구를 갖는 하부에 필라멘트군 취출구 사이의 거리(z)가 증가함에 따라 수직면 제1 방향의 분산관벽 사이의 거리(t)가 감소하는 동시에 상기 제1방향에 수직인 수직면 제2 방향의 분산관벽 사이의 거리(w)는 증가하는 기립하는 분산관(1)으로 형성되고, 상기 분산관의 임의 부분의 z축에 대해 수직인 면에서의 단면적 S는 하기 식 1에 근사하는 식으로 표시되고 또한 상기 거리(z)의 모든 값에 대해서 dw/dz≥0 및 d2w/dz2≤0.3을 만족하도록 상기 거리(w)가 특정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필라멘트 분산 장치.식 1: S = a × Z + b(단 a는 -1.00a1.00을 만족하는 상수, b는 필라멘트 입구의 단면적)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분산관(1)은 기립하여 대향하는 한쌍의 분산판(2)의 상기 분산판을 연결하는 한쌍의 측판(3)으로 되어 있고, 상기 거리(t)는 상기 분산판(2) 사이의 거리이고 상기 거리(w)는 상기 측판(3) 사이의 거리인 것을 특징으로 하는 필라멘트 분산 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트군(A)의 반송 조건은 상기 필라멘트 취출구(5)에서의 기류속도(Va)가 반송 기류량(Q)과 취출구 단면적(Send)과의 비(Q/Send)로 표시되고 또 상기 기류 속도(Va)가 필라멘트 속도(Vf)에 대해서 2Vf<Va<4Vf의 관계를 갖도록 상기 분산관의 치수를 선정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필라멘트 분산 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 또는 제3항 중 어느 한 항의 피라멘트 분산장치(1)로 제공되는 기류와 함께 반송되는 필라멘트군(A)을 이동포집면(14) 위로 분산하는 것으로 된 부직포 제조 방법.
