Claims (14)
- 감자전부에 염산을 첨가한 후 가열처리하여 얻은 배소덱스트린을 α-아밀라아제와 글루코아밀라제로 가수분해하고, 이 결과로 생성된 글루코오스의 1/2 이상을 분리제거하여 수득한 난소화성 덱스트린으로서,(A) 상기 글루코오스 이외의 성분속의 난소화성성분의 함량이 80%이상이며,(B) 상기 글루코오스 이외의 성분속의 1→4 글리코시드결합만 갖는 글루코오스 잔기의 양이 30-35% 이며,(C) 상기 글루코오스 이외의 성분의 수평균분자량이 510-965이며,(D) 또한 다음식의 계산으로 구한 수평균분자량의 계산치인 Y값은 수평균분자량 실측치로부터의 변동범위가 20%이하이며,Y=-393+106.004·X여기서, Y ... 글루코오스 이외의 성분의 수평균분자량 계산치X ... "하꼬모리의 메틸화법"에 의해 정량측정된 1→4 및 1→6 글리코시드결합만을 갖는 글루코오스잔기의 양 (글루코오스 이외의 성분에 대한 %)(E) 중량평균분자량과 수평균분자량의 비가 25 : 1이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 난소화성 덱스트린.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 글루코오스의 양은 35%이하이고 난소화성성분의 양은 37% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 난소화성 덱스트린.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 글루코오스 이외의 성분속의 식물섬유 함량은 18%이상이고, 또한 글루코오스를 포함한 전체에 대한 식물섬유 함량은 7.8% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 난소화성 덱스트린.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 글루코오스 이외의 성분의 칼로리값(1)은 2kcal/g 이하이고, 또한 글루코오스를 포함한 전체의 칼로리값(1)은 3.1kcal/g 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 난소화성 덱스트린.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 글루코오스 이외의 성분의 칼로리값(2)은 1.5kcal/g 이하이고, 글루코오스를 포함한 전체의 칼로리값(2)은 2.9kcal/g 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 난소화성 덱스트린.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 난소화성 덱스트린이 혈청지질을 감소시키는 작용을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난소화성 덱스트린.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 난소화성 덱스트린이 정장작용을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난소화성 덱스트린.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 난소화성 덱스트린이 혈압강하작용(hypotensive effect)을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난소화성 덱스트린.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 난소화성 덱스트린이 대장암 예방작용을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난소화성 덱스트린.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 난소화성 덱스트린이 인슐린분비 억제작용을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난소화성 덱스트린.
- 제1항에 있어서, 식품에 첨가할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 난소화성 덱스트린.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 식품이 과자류, 빵제품, 냉동식품, 스낵, 음료 또는 요구르트인 것을 특징으로 하는 난소화성 덱스트린.
