Claims (4)
- 크롬을 3중량 %이상 30 중량 %이하 함유하는 함크롬 용선에 대하여, 이 함크롬 용선속에 함유하는 인을 산화하기 위한 산소원과 CaO-CaF2 계의 분말융제를 첨가하여 탈인 처리하는 함크롬 용선의 탈인방법에 있어서, CaO와 CaF2 의 합계량을 70 중량% 이상의 양으로 함유하고, 또한 CaO와 CaF2 의 중량비 (CaO/CaF2) 가 7/3이하 4/6이상이 되도록 조정된 분말상 융제를 산소 가스 함유 기체속에, O2/(CaO+CaF2)의 비가 20∼120Nl/kg의 범위로 되는 고체-기체 배합으로 분산시키며, 단, O2는 산소 가스 함유 기체속의 산소 가스량(Nl)이고, 이 고체-기체 혼합유체를 이 함크롬 용선의 욕면보다 아래쪽 위치로부터 함크롬 용선내에 취입(인젝션) 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크롬의 산화손실이 적은 함크롬 용선의 탈인방법.
- 크롬을 3중량 % 이상 30중량 %이하 함유하는 함크롬 용선에 대하여 이함크롬 용선속에 함유하는 인을 산화하기 위한 산소원과 CaO-CaF2 계의 분말상 융제를 첨가하여 탈인 처리하는 함크롬 용선의 탈인방법에 있어서, CaO와 CaF2의 합계량이 70 중량 % 이상이고 나머지 부분이 산화철 및 불가피적으로 혼입되는 불순물로 되었고, 또한 CaO와 CaF2의 중량비(CaO/CaF2)가 7/3이하 4/6이상이 되도록 조정된 분말상 융제를 산소 가스 함유 기체속에, ∑O2/(CaO+CaF2)의 비가 20∼120Nl/kg의 범위가 되는 고체-기체 배합으로 분산시키며, 단 ∑O2는 산소 가스 함유 기체속의 O2와, 분말상 융제중의 산화철이 Fe와 O2로 분해하였을 경우에 발생하는 O2와의 합계량(Nl)이고, 이 고체-기체 혼합 유체를 이 함크롬 용선의 욕면보다 아래쪽의 위치로부터 함크롬 용선내에 취입(인젝션)하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크롬의 산화손실이 적은 함크롬 용선의 탈인방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 함크롬 용선내에의 고체-기체 혼합유체의 취입은 함크롬 용선을 수용한 용기의 저부 또는 측부에 설치한 노즐로부터 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 함크롬 용선의 탈인방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 분말상 융제는 생석회와 천연산의 형석을 원료로하여 조합되고, 이 형석은 70 중량 % 이상의 CaF2 와 5중량 % 이상의 SiO2를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 함크롬 용선의 탈인방법.
