Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 하기 단계 a)-c)로 구성되는 방법 : a) 과반량의 비닐 방향족 단량체 단위를 함유하는 적어도 하나의 블록 및 과반량의 수소화 공역 디올레핀 단량테 단위를 함유하는 적어도 하나의 블록으로 구성되는 실질적으로 비관능화된 기재 블록 공중합체의 용융물을 제공하며, 이때 기재 블록 공중합체는 140℃ 이하의 온도에서 용융가공될 수 있는 단계; b) 기재 블록 공중합체 용융물을 140℃ 이하의 온도에서 극성 금속화 촉진제의 존재하에 기재 블록 공중합체 밀리몰당 금속 알킬 1 내지 20 밀리몰과 접촉시켜 금속화된 중합체 용융물을 형성하는 단계 ; 및 c) 금속화된 중합체 용융물을 금속화된 중합체와 반응할 수 있는 친전자체와 접촉시켜 관능화된 블록 공중합체를 형성하는 단계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속화 촉진제 대 금속 알킬의 몰 비는 0.6 내지 100 범위내인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비닐 방향족 단량체는 스티렌인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공역 디올레핀은 부타디엔, 이소프렌 및 그의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 친전자체는 이산화탄소, 에틸렌 옥사이드, 에폭시드, 케톤, 알데히드, 에스테르, 이소시아네이트, 황, 붕소 알콕시드, 및 실리콘 함유 화합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 기재 블록 공중합체는 10,000 내지 50,000의 분자량인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속 알킬 및 기재 블록 공중합체의 용융물은 압출기에서 접촉시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속화된 중합체 용융물 및 친전자체는 압출기에서 접촉시키는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 금속화된 중합체 용융물 및 친전자체는 압출기에서 접촉시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 친전자체는 이산화탄소인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 금속 알킬은 알칼리 금속 알킬인 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 알킬은 리튬 알킬인 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 리튬 알킬은 메틸리튬, i-프로필리튬, 2차-부틸리튬, n-부틸리튬, 3차 부틸리튬, n-도데실 리튬, 페닐리튬, 알파-및 베타-나프틸리튬, 임의의 비페닐리튬, 스티릴리튬, 벤질리튬, 인데닐리튬, 1-리티오-3-부텐, 1-리티오-시클로헥센-3, 1-리티오-시클로헥센-2, 1,4-디리티오 부탄, 1,4-디리티오 벤젠, 1,3,5-트리리티오 펜탄, 및 1,3,5-트리리티오벤젠으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 리튬 알킬은 n-부틸리튬인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 금속화 촉진제는 테트라메틸에틸렌디아민인 방법.
