Claims (4)
- 폴리비닐알콜계 필름을 사용하여 수처리공정, 연신공정, 염색공정 및 정착공정을 거쳐 제조되는 편광필름의 제조에 있어서, 염색공정에 사용되는 요오드 및 요오드화합물의 양이 하기식(Ⅰ)을 만족시키고 연신공정에 의한 연신비는 습식연신에 의한 연신비가 3∼5배, 건열연신에 의한 연신비가 1.2∼2배 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고투과성 및 고편광성 편광필름의 제조방법.(Ⅰ)0.001중량%≤요오드(Ⅰ2)농도≤0.01중량%5≤요오드화합물농도/요오드농도≤50
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리비닐알콜계 필름은 폴리비닐알콜 또는 폴리에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합 필름임을 특징으로 하는 고투과성 및 고편광성 편광필름의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 요오드화합물은 요오드화칼륨, 요오드화리튬, 요오드화나트륨, 요오드화암모늄 중에선 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 고투과성 및 고편광성 편광필름의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 수처리 공정에서 필름의 중량팽윤도가 130%보다 크고 인장신율이 400%보다 크게 되도록 수처리를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고투과성 편광필름의 제조방법.
