Abstract

본 발명은 자이로 센서를 이용하여 헤드램프의 각도를 자동적으로 저정할 수 있도록 한 자이로센서를 이용한 차량의 헤드램프 각도 자동 조정장치에 관한 것으로, 가속도와 자세를 감지하는 자이로 센서(10)와, 상기 자이로 센서(10)로부터 입력되는 신호에 따른 제어신호를 출력시키는 콘트롤부(20)와, 상기 콘트롤부(20)의 제어에 따라 구동되는 레벨링 디바이스(30)와, 상기 레벨링 디바이스(30)의 구동에 따라 점등 또는 소등되는 헤드램프(40)로 이루어진다.

Description

자이로센서를 이용한 차량의 헤드램프 자동 조정장치
제1도는 종래의 회로도이고,
제2도는 본 발명에 사용되는 자이로센서를 나타낸 도면이며,
제3도는 본 발명의 자이로센서를 이용한 차량의 헤드램프 각도 자동 조정장치의 블록도이다.

본 발명은 차량에 관한 것으로, 특히 자이로 센서를 이용하여 차량의 가속도와 운전자의 자세(차량의 기울기)등에 따라 헤드램프의 각도를 자동작으로 조절할 수 있도록 한 자이로센서를 이용한 차량의 헤드램프 각도 자동 조정장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 치량에는 헤드램프가 설치되어 있어 야간에 전방을 비추도록 함으로써 운행에 도움을 주고 있다.
종래 차량의 헤드램프는 제1도에 도시된 바와 같이 단순히 운전자가 스위치(SW)를 온 시키면 전원(B+)이 스위치(SW)를 통하여 램프(L)에 공급되어 램프(L)가 점등되고, 스위치(SW)를 오프시키면, 램프(L)에 전원(B+)이 공급되지 않아 램프(L)가 소등되도록 이루어져 있다.
따라서, 종래에는 운전자가 스위치(SW)를 수동적으로 온시키면, 헤드램프(L)가 점등되어 일정방향을 비추기 때문에 차량의 속도나 회전각도등이 전혀 고려되지 않아 주행중 시야를 확보하지 못하는 경우가 있어 사고를 유발할 수 있는 문제도 있다.
본 발명은 이와 같은 종래의 결점을 해결하기 위하여 안출한 것으로, 차량이 주행하면 자동적으로 헤드램프가 점등됨은 물론 차량의 속도나 회전등에 따라 헤드램프각도가 자동적으로 조정되도록 한 자이로센서를 이용한 차량의 헤드램프각도 자동 조정장치를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은, 가속도와 자세를 감지하는 자이로센서와, 상기 자이로 센서로부터 입력되는 신호에 따른 제어신호를 출력시키는 콘트롤부와, 상기 콘트롤부의 제어에 따라 구동되는 레벨링 디바이스와, 상기 레벨링 디바이스의 구동에 따라 점등 또는 소등되는 헤드램프를 구비하여 구성함을 특징으로 한다.
이하, 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안 자이로센서를 이용한 차량의 헤드램프 각도 자동 조정장치의 실시예를 첨부된 도면을 참고로 하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
여기서 제2도는 본 발명에 사용되는 자이로센서를 나타낸 것으로써, 이는 자이로(100)와 가속도센서(200)로 구분되어 차량의 기울기로부터 운전자의 자세를 검출토록 함과 동시에, 차량의 가속상태를 검출하기 위한 것이다.
따라서 자이로(100)는 X,Y,Z축을 중심으로 회전하는 각각의 회전체를 갖고 있으며, 이러한 회전체의 힌지부위에는 미도시한 회전검출장치가 부가되어, 상기한 가각의 회전체의 회전력을 전기적신호로 출력토록 하는 것이다. 즉, 가이드의 기울기에 따른 각각의 회전체의 회전량으로부터 검출되는 전기적신호로 인해 상기 전기적 신호에 상응한 차량의 기울어진 각도를 알 수 있으며, 이는 곧 운전자의 자세를 검출하게 되는 것이다.
그리고 상기한 가속도센서(200)는, 일정량의 무게를 갖는 추(M)의 운동량에 의해 자이로센서가 장착된 물체의 가속상태를 알 수 있는데, 이는 상기 추(M)의 운동량에 다른 전기적 신호를 증폭기(OP)로 출력함으로써, 이 증폭기(OP)를 거쳐 출력되는 전기적 신호량에 의해 가속상태를 검출하게 된다.
그러면 이와 같이, 자이로(100) 및 가속센서(200)로 이루어진 자이로 센서로부터 이를 이용한 본 발명의 구성을 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
우선 제3도는 본 발명의 블록도로, 가속도와 자세를 감지하는 자이로센서(10)와, 상기 자이로 센서(10)로부터 입력되는 신호에 따른 제어신호를 출력시키는 콘트롤부(20)와, 상기 콘트롤부(20)의 제어에 따라 구동되는 레벨링 디바이스(30)와, 상기 레벨링 디바이스(30)의 구동에 따라 점등 또는 소등되는 헤드램프(40)로 구성된다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 통상적으로 속도는 운동물체의 위치를 시간으로 미분하거나 가속도를 시간으로 적분한 값이기 때문에 위치나 속도 또한 가속도의 물리량은 그중 하나를 알면 다른 양은 연산으로 구할 수 있다.
통상, 가속도와 자세를 감지하는 자이로 센서는 가속도와 자세의 신호를 컴퓨터로 연산함으로써 고속, 고정밀도로 물체의 자세와 방향 속도, 위치, 거리를 외부의 지지없이 계산해 낼 수 있어 관성항법 장치에 많이 이용되고 있다.
본 발명에서는 이와 같은 자이로 센서를 이용하여 차량의 헤드램프의 점소등을 자동제어할 수 있는 것으로, 차량 주행시 상기 자이로 센서(10)에서 차량의 가속도와 차량의 기울기 즉, 운전자의 자세등을 감지한다.
따라서, 이와 같은 자이로 센서(10)의 데이터를 입력받은 콘트롤부(20)에서는 기설정되어 있는 기준치와 입력되는 데이터를 비교하여 해당되는 제어신호를 출력시킨다.
이와 같이 콘트롤부(20)의 제어신호가 출력도면, 레벨링 디바이스(30) 즉, 모터가 구동하여 헤드램프(40)의 각도가 자동 조정되는 것이다.
이상에서 설명한 바와 같은 본 발명은, 차량의 가속이나 운전자의 자세등을 자이로센서(10)에서 감지하여, 차량 주행시 자동적으로 헤드램프의 각도를 조정해 줄 수 있는 효과가 있다.

  1. 가속도와 자세를 감지하는 자이로 센서(10)와, 상기 자이로 센서(10)로부터 입력되는 신호에 따른 제어신호를 출력시키는 콘트롤부(20)와, 상기 콘트롤부(20)의 제어에 따라 구동되는 레벨링 디바이스(30)와, 상기 레벨링 디바이스(30)의 구동에 따라 점등 또는 소등되는 헤드램프(40)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자이로센서를 이용한 차량의 헤드램프 각도 자동 조정장치.
